En traversant la rue on arrive directement sur la plage Ă  30 mĂštres!!! La plage est sublime. L’appartement est trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ© et le canapĂ© est trĂšs confortable. Le wifi est excellent. Il manque des lumiĂšres par contre. Dans le salon le plafonnier ne fonctionnait pas (ni le faux feu ouvert), les chambres n’ont que 1 lampe de chevet. Assez sombre car au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et les persiennes restent fermĂ©es pour l’intimitĂ©. Pas de malle Ă  linge. Les machines fonctionnent avec quarters mais attention Ă  utiliser un programme dĂ©licats car elles sont un peu agressives et parfois capricieuses (on a perdu 2$ de monnaie en chipotant pour les faire dĂ©marrer). Piscine assez bondĂ©e, on en a pas profitĂ©.

This property was the perfect location between the pool, the bay and the beach. Easy walking to pot pot and a quick drive to St. John’s Pass to do some shopping.

What a fabulous gem of a place!!! The King size beds were so comfy!! The location was close to everything we wanted to do! The Beach access was literally across the street and was perfect for “sunset” strolls. The pool was a great place to unwind at the end of a long day. Furnishings and decor was lovely! We already booked our next visit in this little Oasis!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Wish property was cleaner. We don't need a fancy property but cleanliness is a priority and this property lacked in overall cleanliness. Floors, vents, countertops, bathroom and bedding all lacked cleanliness. Everything else about the property was lovely but unfortunately would not stay again.

We were looking forward to our stay at Good Times and Tan Lines. We had excellent communication leading up to the vacation and even days before. Unfortunately, when I messaged the host the day of our vacation because we had not received our passcodes to get in to the unit, we were told the unit was booked and unavailable. This news was received 15 minutes before our family was boarding the plane to Florida. This made for a very stressful start of our vacation. We were never able to stay at the location and engage in the plans we had made months before.

When we arrived at the unit we reserved almost a year ahead, all doors and gate were unlocked. We moved in assuming they did this for convenience. We went to the beach and when we got back the code we had been given didn’t work. Went to the office and called the numbers. They informed me that this isn’t one of their properties that they didn’t managed. I called and left a message for the number they gave me. They called back and said they knew the owner and they called her on another line. She said that she had changed the reservation and we couldn’t get in. We had an infant that was overdue for a feeding. She wouldn’t give me the code for quit a few minutes while I tried to explain that we had moved our packed car and cargo carrier stuff in this unit. After about the fifth time of telling her we needed to get baby formula out of this unit she finally gave me the code. She had told me that she had texted me earlier through the app with the change in units. I told her I didn’t have the app an i had gotten an email at 5:08 but had been there at 4:00 and moved in. This was a very stressful start to our vacation. Not having baby formula and the thought of packing up all that we had traveled 17 hours with to get to our “restful” vacation was a lot. The owner questioned me about how I got in and I felt like she was accusatory. Both doors and the back gate were unlocked. I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards me or poor communication.

This unit is located just perfect. Not too busy not too secluded. The unit looks as listed but didn’t seem to be super clean. Sand was still on the floors and trash left outside. Unfortunately it needed some normal day to day repairs which was kind of a bummer considering the price. Stacey the property manger addressed our concerns and repairs immediately. She was amazing to work with. Things that were totally out of her control, upstairs neighbors were loud the whole time, sounded like they were stomping or moving furniture. We actually had to go up and ask them to chill out at 11pm. Previous tenets appeared to have put shells down garbage disposal so it was not working but got fixed immediately, outside night light came on right outside of the master window shining directly in to bed, Stacey put curtains up immediately, the shower head had a crack at base and sprayed water out sideways onto the floor she worked on fixing that immediately , the living room tv appeared to be hit and was half black on one side, she was out the next morning and had new tv ordered. A few other minor repairs that need to be made but seems to be what happens when you have a rental. Over all we had an excellent trip and would want to come back due to the fact of how responsive Stacey was to address and repair all items. She was a joy to work with!

A couple of minor things right away (Chirping smoke detectors and a missing parking pass). Both were minor and resolved by Stacy promptly. We've stayed at Barefoot Beach before and all of the units have been nice. This one was no different. Clean, comfortable, nice beds etc. This is a great place for families.

This property was very clean and the pictures look just like the unit itself. We loved the Nautical and beach decor all throughout the condo. The Amenities were the best part of our trip. Stacy has everything to the Beach Cart, Beach Chairs, and even umbrellas for your day at the beach. We LOVED our private and enclosed back patio with a table and chairs. This was an excellent feature and how easy it was to get to the beach across the street. Great Location, and would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you so much!!

Great location, good layout, well appointed condo. Not really a legit 3 bedroom, as 3rd bedroom is connected to 2nd bedroom by French doors, and passage to outdoor area goes through 3rd bedroom. So if you want privacy this might not work for you, but for us with 3 teens it wasn’t a deal breaker. Just a FYI.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit had more than we expected. We were happy to find a real coffee maker. We are not Keurig fans. The host was very accommodating, as well.
