This home is offered exclusively for stays of 30 consecutive days or longer. No nightly or weekly rentals. Seasonal stays of 3–6 months or longer are preferred, although other stays meeting the 30-day minimum will be considered depending on availability.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The kitchen retains its authentic 1950s Florida charm, including the original pink countertops, and comes equipped for everyday cooking and dining.

A new refrigerator and countertop ice maker are provided for iced coffee, cold drinks and evening libations—because running out of ice in Florida is simply unacceptable.

There is no dishwasher, but cleanup is easy with a large, deep stainless-steel sink and a stocked dishwashing area with dish soap, sponges, cleaning supplies, dish towels and other essentials.

Just bring the cook—we’ve got the rest.

A dedicated coffee station makes mornings easy without taking over your kitchen workspace.
SCREENED PORCH & PRIVATE BACKYARD

Dogs must remain off the furniture, be leashed when outside the fenced backyard, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
