Welcome to Bella Vita (Italian for the good life), Madeira’s most luxurious condo. Our family’s rare Penthouse boasts an impressive open floor plan, 10ft ceilings, 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a beautiful outdoor patio and gorgeous views of the gulf and inter-coastal. All of this is within walking distance of one of Florida’s most amazing white sand beaches. Shops, restaurants, mini golf and the famous John’s Pass are all nearby. Heated Pool access included with your stay as well as cable and wifi. Please contact us with any questions!

This brand new penthouse unit is 1800 square feet with sleeping for up to 10. You will enjoy the amazing open space featuring panoramic views, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to prepare a perfect tropical dinner.

There are 3 bedrooms consisting of a king suite, a queen suite and third bedroom with three full size beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The king suite also features an oversized double vanity and dual shower head with a rain shower feature to give you the true feel of relaxation. You will have two assigned covered parking spaces just for the unit. Enjoy your perfect oasis at Bella Vita! This one is unlike any other condo in the Tampa/Gulf area!

The location was great and within walking distance to the beach, and the pool was amazing which was definitely the highlight of our stay. We did notice that some basic supplies, such as paper towels, were not provided, which sounds petty but would have been helpful given the price point. The space was comfortable overall. I wish I'd paid closer attention to the listing, as the balcony overlooks the Intracoastal rather than the beach. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of the stay, especially the location and pool.

Mother/Daughter Beach Trip

The property matched exactly what was described and then some. So close to beach access and parking that this was the perfect location for our beach trip. Check in and out process was so simple. The beach amenities were so appreciated. Beach chairs, several cooler options, multiple towels, umbrella, and a wagon to pull to the beach. Thank you Joe for a great stay. Would rate 5 if I could.

Fun family vacation

We have stayed in Madiera Beach before, but this time we had a group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) and this place fit us perfectly! There was more room in the condo than expected with a lovely balcony that opened up the entire living room to the beautiful calm bay. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for our stay, and there were plenty of other amenities for us to enjoy as well (beach cart, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, ice maker, coffee maker, hair dryers, air mattress, etc). The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows for all of us. The beach was beautiful and just an easy 2 block walk away. The pool was perfectly warm for the kids and so pleasant to hang out at when we needed a break from the beach. I do wish there were a few more chairs available at the pool to use, but it typically wasn’t very crowded down there during our stay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Joe and his property, and I would definitely consider staying there again!

Great place

Everything about this place was great. It was close to everything. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The pool was very nice but we did notice neighbors from other buildings enjoying it also. There was not a long list of things that needed to be done before leaving like some places we have stayed. Joe was very prompt to reply to any questions. Will definitely stay here again when in Madeira Beach.

Awesome stay!

The hosts were very responsive, the condo is close to the beach and within walking distance of anything you need. Winn-Dixie is right next door, surfstyle is across the street and the beach is a less than a 5 minute walk. The provided beach chairs, towels and wagon made trips to the beach a breeze and the heated pool was a big plus for our kids when the beach got "boring". Overall very happy with the whole experience.

Absolutely Fabulous!

We will be making this an annual booking, as we make a trip to MadBeach every year. We fell in love with the penthouse, not just the location, but the host as well. Our plane was early and instead of having to drag our luggage all around, Joe accommodated us with an early check in. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in while traveling, and my husband is already purchasing the same mattress. The place is immaculate and we loved being able to use the kitchen and living area. It made it feel like a home away from home for us. We will be back with more family and friends!

A MUST STAY!!!!!

This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and spacious. Three bedroom and three bath was just perfect for the 8 of us!! We had people from ages 54 to 10 months. The beach was so close and the pool was perfect! We found great places to eat and Winn Dixie was a godsend! My family and I loved every moment. Joe is so fast, responsive, and went above and beyond for my family and I. I will recommend this property to any and everyone!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was amazing. The location to the beach was a 3-4 minute easy walk just as the owner stated and in walking distance to restaurants, stores, and ice cream! The beach is beautiful. The condo had special and welcoming touches. The owner answered all of my crazy questions in a timely manner and was always friendly. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
