Enjoy a bright, comfortable space with a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, dedicated workspace, private fenced-in yard, and propane grill. Come relax, explore, and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer!

YOUR PROPERTY:
Bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, this home offers comfortable spaces designed for both relaxation and convenience. The living area is open and inviting, with ample seating and a natural flow into the dining space—ideal for unwinding after a day out or gathering with family and friends. We are a short 5-minute drive to Belleair Beach, 10 minutes to Indian Rocks, or 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach. We are also close to Pelican Golf Club in Belleair. Bring your bikes and ride to the Pinellas Trail from our home or bring your boat/jet ski!

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, featuring generous counter space and all essential appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

* Washer/dryer located in the garage, along with plenty of storage space for bikes
* Smart TV's are included in every bedroom and the living room (guests are welcome to login to their own streaming services)

☀ DISCLAIMER ☀ Use of all amenities, including the grill, is at your own risk. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited. Booking this listing serves as your agreement that not following the house rules constitutes negligent use of our property and is ground for immediate eviction. Violations of house rules or Pinellas County short-term rental ordinances will result in immediate termination of your reservation, no refund, and a $1,500 violation fee.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house and backyard are accessible to guests and private. Garage access is available, but we do ask that you please do not park any vehicles in the garage.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The house has a two-car driveway. Please do not park in or on the grass. Two cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 3 cars are allowed on the property. Boat, RV, or Trailer parking must be requested in advance.

- AVAILBLE by request - Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and/or a stand-alone high chair. We do have a 2nd pack and play if needed and available. Please reach out as soon as you book and let us know if you need any of these items as we keep them at another location.

- This is a pet friendly home, but please only bring well-behaved, potty-trained animals/pets. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your pet unattended. The pet fee is $149 per pet, per stay. 2 pets, 30lbs. max per pet. Our insurance does have breed restrictions, so please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s). Due to severe allergies, CATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON A PRE-APPROVAL BASIS. If animals are brought without approval or are above the 30lb. maximum, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
