Bella Vita is a small 4 condo complex that sits directly on the beach in the heart of Indian Shores. There is not a pool located a the complex but the Gulf of Mexico is so close you can taste the salt in the air. All units have recently been updated with brand new living room furniture which includes a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is not a Gulf Front view.


Bella7 is a ground floor unit that sleeps 6. The condo is located on the beach side but does not have an ocean view. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin-size beds. . A shared laundry room is located right next door for added convenience. The kitchen is stocked for all your basic cooking needs.

Bella Vita is a great place to host your family reunion or just spend a week laying on the beach soaking up the rays! The property has one assigned parking spot per unit.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. All kitchens have basic cooking essentials. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a community washer/dryer. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Dogs are permitted in this vacation rental and must be arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. Only 1 dog permitted and must not weigh over 20lbs. is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. .

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
