As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Freshly painted walls exude a pristine charm, while our resplendent Miami Dade pine hardwood floors have been lovingly sanded, buffed, and polished to unveil their original splendor. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro mini-fridges or full refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.
Nestled on the elegant second floor, reaching this sanctuary is an ascent through a regal staircase. Within, a lavish king-sized bed awaits, inviting you to embrace a night of supreme comfort and opulence. Each suite boasts a commodious full-size bathroom, complete with a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and a luggage rack. For ultimate comfort and tranquility, blackout shades conceal behind bamboo blinds, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenating afternoon siestas
La Tortuga two outdoor sanctuaries for you to revel in. The upstairs balcony entices you with four sumptuous sofa chairs and a generous flat-screen TV. Downstairs, a gated pool, an outdoor dining table, and inviting lounge chairs await your leisure.

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.
Don't hesitate to inquire about renting the entire property for a special event, be it a reception, anniversary celebration, or corporate retreat.
Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Please be aware that none of our suites are ADA compliant, as the building is a cherished relic from 1925, steeped in historical significance in Pass-a-Grille, Florida.

Peaceful, convenient, charming, nice view.
It’s nice and convenient to stay in the heart of this small beach town. Shops and restaurants are close, as is the beach and the inter coastal waterway. This recently renovated old building is charming with modern conveniences. We loved it.

Me and my newly wed wife spend some time at Pass-A-Grille every year. This is first time at Theis location. It was a great stay. The complex is secure and pass codes on every door. Parking is great. Walking distance to everything you would want to walk to at Pass-A-Grille. Will be back

The outside property was nice and up to date. The inside was comfortable and clean. There was a musty smell upon entering the building and in the room. It was a bothersome to smell. There was a dehumidifier that filled up twice during our stay. The shower also had a stain but again everything was very clean. Bed was comfy too.

On historic 8th Ave
The property is on historic 8th Ave with shops across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. The Seahorse is one of favorites and is very close. We stayed in Suite 3 and had a fabulous view out the windows. Just a short walk down the street to the beach. Not a lot of refrigerator space if you plan to do a lot of cooking but plenty of room for drinks and snacks. We plan to go back to La Tortuga again.

8th Avenue Gem
This was our first experience staying on the Bayside of PassA-Grille and we were not disappointed. The sunrise over the bay along with the night time glow of lights over the water were stunning. The unit was bright, roomy and very well equipped for our extended stay. You will enjoy the beautiful green space along with off street parking. A full sized outdoor grill and 2 outdoor living areas with a tv were provided as were free use of washer and dryer. After coming to this area for 20 years we are glad we tried something new. I would recommend this one for sure .

Attractive Romantic Beach Nest
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Host was excellent at communication and customer service. Room is a bit small, but priced well for the size. Location and parking are outstanding. The walls are thin, and one can sometimes easily hear the next door neighbor. Keep this in mind when listening to music or staying up late. There are several units. I highly recommend speaking with the host about which unit is most suitable for the needs of your stay. Definitely worth checking out.

We had a wonderful time at La Tortuga. It’s a perfect studio apartment for two people. The decor was lovely. The kitchen provided all that you needed! The only recommendation would be to put black out shades in the front facing rooms. It’s really bright at 6am!

This was an amazing location for our fishing trip. This one room rental is perfectly located with access to the inlet and the ocean. The in-room smoke detector was beeping when we arrived and continued to beep two of our four nights, but it was eventually fixed. Response was swift but follow through was lacking. Overall, an amazing experience.

We loved every about our stay at LaTortuga. This was not our 1st visit to PAG and will not be our last to LaTortuga! The property is beautiful and there are many different areas to enjoy outside. #3 had gorgeous views of the water and Merry Pier. Everything was immaculate and staff was on site daily tending to the property. The communication from Brandon and his team was terrific! A beautiful new addition to PAG!
