The Property
Blue Jay Bungalow is one half of a split property. The second private one-bedroom residence is occupied by a quiet, full-time tenant. Each residence has its own private entrance and private living space. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is available to both units.
Outside, colorful flowers welcome you to the property and create a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after exploring Safety Harbor.

Located on a quiet, established residential street near a neighborhood school, Blue Jay Bungalow puts you close to everything that makes Safety Harbor special. Enjoy an easy walk to downtown, where you'll find locally owned restaurants, shops, breweries, and frequent community events. Continue toward the waterfront for parks, scenic walking paths, and beautiful views along the bay.

A Few Important Details
No parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to keep noise at a respectful level both day and night and be considerate of our neighbors.
Pet policy: One dog under 20 lbs is welcome with an additional pet fee. No other pets or unauthorized animals are permitted. Unauthorized pets or animals will result in a $200 fee.
Cleaning: You are never asked to perform chores at checkout. Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning. If excessive cleaning is required due to misuse, excessive trash, spills, stains, or other abnormal conditions, an additional $150 cleaning fee may apply.
Landscaping: A landscaper visits the property one day each week to maintain the plants and yard. We appreciate your understanding while they keep the property looking its best.
