Enjoy the breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from this newly renovated condo. Truly a wonderful place to stay, play and relax! We’re located on the 3rd floor of a 12-unit beachfront condominium building in the heart of Redington Beach, Florida.

Enter the front door and you’re automatically drawn through the kitchen and living area onto the large, covered porch which is where you’ll spend a lot of your time. The kitchen is completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a counter bar with 2 bar stools. It comes equipped with everything you need to cook meals in. Also, complete with coffee maker, toaster, blender and much more.
The dining/living room area includes a dining table which seats 6, large sofa, 75” TV and built-in bar area with drink refrigerator. The French doors off the living room opens onto the covered patio.

The view from the 3rd floor patio is spectacular. Wide beach views with regular dolphin sightings and if you are lucky, you will see the occasional manatee swimming along the coastline. Depending on the season you will witness breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

The Master bedroom is located off the living room and accesses the porch overlooking the Gulf with a king size bed. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head.

A second and third bedroom, bathroom and laundry room are located down the hallway off the kitchen.

The second bedroom has 1 twin bed and a full over a full bunk bed.

The third bedroom has 1 queen size bed.

Pack n’ Play, highchair and bed rail are stored in closet for use. There are games, puzzles and books for all ages.

Guest bathroom is centrally located and has a double sink vanity and bathtub/shower combination.

Laundry room is complete with full-size washer, dryer, ironing board/iron, drying rack and more.

Spend the day relaxing at the beach, or beachfront pool. Beach chairs, coolers and an assortment of pool toys are available for your use.

Walking distance to several restaurants, a park and convenience store are across the street. Just a short drive to miniature golf or historic Johns Pass Village with over 100 shops and restaurants in addition to water sports, dolphin cruises, fishing boats, dinner cruises and even a Pirate ship! Tons more to do in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Pass A Grille and Dunedin to name a few, which are all just a short drive away.

Includes one reserved parking space in the first level garage and one first-come first-serve parking space outside. Street parking also available.

Our cleaning standards have always been above standard. All surfaces, including appliances, handles and surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.

Our condo is family friendly and condo restrictions are in place to keep it this way.
Rental Restrictions - One rental per month, we do not rent week to week.
One rental per month regardless of the length of stay.
We maintain a strict minimum 14-day rental policy and offer a significant discount for full-month rentals.

The condo association has a maximum capacity of 8 people, which counts kids above the age of 5. The condo association strictly enforces the occupancy code, and you will be asked to leave, without a refund, if you exceed that amount.
