***Due to the recent hurricanes Helene and Milton, Elevator is inoperable until further notice. First floor is not ground floor, all three floors are accessible by stairs only***

2024 Family Vacation

Verydisappointed in property. None of amenities mentioned in listing was available. Pool, hot tub, beach equipment was not available. I know there was a hurricane. But that was 3 months ago. And nothing was done. I was told a refund was coming but have not received it. Been dealing with a management company that rented it to VRBO SO doubtful if I will get it. Also to top it off the refrigerator quit on Christmas Eve and we lost over 300 in groceries. It is close to beach and we had fun fishing from beach.

Family Getaway

Cute house for a family getaway. Our kids enjoyed having the paddle boards and private pool. Even being next to the public access the beach was fairly quiet during the week.

IRB Getaway

This condo was fantastic! It was clean, very spacious for a family of 6. Loved the close beach access. One small negative - with the kids, I wish there was some more plastic ware & cups - everything was glass, which is very nice if it were just adults. But yes, beautiful condo, within walking to several restaurants, very peaceful.

House great, management dismal

The appartement and the location are phenomenal. However various things such as the elevator, the WiFi and the TVs did not work. Contacting the management is complicated and pretty much useless as it’s via Vacasa and then another local management called TeemingVR. The task of everyone involved seems to be to avoid having to do anything at all. It takes a long time for answers and ultimately nothing gets fixed. Answers frequently don’t involve an actual answer to the question that was posed but are text blocks. A late checkout request was denied based on policy without possibility to talk to management. After several attempts and late checkout at 1PM was granted. All in all you waste a significant amount of time on trying to contact the management, messing up your schedule

Beautiful property, well maintained. Unfortunately WiFi for tv didn’t work while we were there and due to heat and humidity outside part of our group needed to stay inside a lot and wanted to watch tv. That was very frustrating even though it was a beautiful place to stay. A Vacasa rep came to check it out but said he couldn’t fix it so we had to live with it. Very disappointing. Kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed. Loved the beach equipment. The elevator was really helpful for moving in and out. I would definitely stay again

Amazing View and great place to stay.

Amazing view and overall great place to stay! Walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream shops, bike/golf cart rental. Pool is a bit on the smaller side for all three levels, but the ocean is just steps away. Great communication with Property Management. Would definitely stay there again. We did wish there would be an earlier check in time than four as we arrived earlier than anticipated.

Beautiful Sunsets

We enjoyed our stay, watching the dolphins and birds along with beautiful sunsets, it doesn’t get any better than this. Walk out the door and onto the beach. We walked the beach to reach the the restaurants , coffee shop and ice cream store with over a 140 flavors.

Girls Trip

Location, location, location! Literally steps to the beach and a few steps (within .5 miles) to multiple bars, restaurants, live music, CVS. Upon arrival, the condo was much better than I expected...everything you need, updated, sturdy. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. It was perfect for our stay...there were 6 of us, 8 would have also been comfortable. Highly recommend, jiat needs a few more wine glasses 😉

Construction work spoiled holiday

Construction work spoiled our holiday. 16 days before our stay I received an email from the host talking about construction work! I find it hard to believe that the host didn’t know about this work months in advance and give us the opportunity to find alternative accommodation. We booked this apartment for the direct beach access and quiet location. Upon our arrival we could not access the beach and the noise from the earth moving machines was constant. This work is scheduled to last for 3 months. Our son who has autism found this very hard to cope with. The apartment was lovely and if not for the constant beeping, diesel fumes revving engines and clanging diggers this apartment would have been the perfect location. I have never been so glad to check out

40th Birthday Stay

We LOVED this place. Yes, the people walking above us were loud at times, but it was very minimal. Everything was perfect and we didn't have one single issue. We are hoping to be back to this exact place!

WE WILL BE BACK!

This condo is beautiful, and with such an incredible view of the ocean from the balcony - it left us breathless. We came down for just over 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. The place was spotless when we moved in and came with all the necessities you might need. What is really nice is that the building only has 3 units - you never feel crowded or have to worry about running into people all over the place. A very nice pool area that, surrounded by trees, is great for blocking the wind on somewhat cooler days. A plus is the elevator - a big help when you have 20 bags of groceries that need to go upstairs. We plan on coming out for 3 weeks next year and staying here again. This gets our highest recommendation.

Perfect spacious family beach condo for our family of 8!!

We enjoyed 7 nights at this condo. Gorgeous views, heated pool, beach chairs, Very spacious! With kayaks provided we were able to kayak right next to multiple dolphins. One of the coolest experiences I have ever had! The kids loved the pool! We had 5 adults and 3 children and more than enough space!! In condo washer and dryer, full kitchen, plenty of extra bath towels, lots of hangers, spacious screened in patio. Be sure to purchase extra TP , paper towels and trash bags :) At times we could hear the people above us running around... With such a large party we did have mornings we ran out of hot water… The condo is located right next to (kind of shares a parking Lot with) a public beach parking lot and boardwalk 👎🏻 BUT it worked for us since we got married on the beach in front of this beautiful condo—our guest were able to use the free parking area. Over all, Amazing beach condo for our family!

Beautiful ocean view condo

I stayed at “on the rocks 2” for a girls trip /“and we all loved the close proximity of the beach/ocean and restaurants as well as spacious, clean, and high quality furniture (beds, couch). The walls/floor seem to be thin because we could hear our neighbors food steps ad voices above and below and probably vice versa. It didn’t affect us too much, but just an FYI. I highly recommend this place!
