1 larger dog or 2 small dogs allowed, max. No aggressive breeds. A one time, nonrefundable pet fee of $100 will be requested and must be collected at booking. Any dog MUST be registered PRIOR to guest arrival. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental at all. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
