Welcome to Aqua Vida, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat located just minutes from the sugar sand beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this inviting home is the perfect setting for your next Florida getaway, accommodating up to eight guests with ease. Inside, you'll find a stylish blend of coastal charm and modern elegance, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that create a warm and welcoming “home away from home” atmosphere. The fully renovated kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances, stunning white granite countertops, and plenty of space for preparing everything from quick beach snacks to memorable family dinners. Step outside and enjoy your own private outdoor oasis. Whether you're soaking up the Florida sunshine, grilling out with family and friends, or unwinding with an evening cocktail after a day at the beach, the spacious patio area is designed for making the most of outdoor living. Aquavida offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience for an unforgettable coastal escape.

Kitchen: New and upgraded stainless side by side ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, built-in microwave and dishwasher. 2 slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker and 2 counter/breakfast bar stools. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Table with seating for 8. Lots of windows provide a bright, airy feel and sliding glass doors open up to the outdoor area.

Living Room: Comfy sofa, 2 accent chairs, console table, TV, and ceiling fan.

Hall Closet: Full size side by side washer and dryer.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom with queen-sized bed, end tables, comfy accent chair dresser, TV, and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity, upgraded tiled tub/shower combo and toilet.

Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed, night tables, accent chair, chest of drawers, closet space, TV and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3: Queen sized bed with end tables, dresser, closet space, TV and ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2 : Single vanity, lots of cabinet and drawer space, toilet, and tub/shower combination.

Outdoor Area: Outdoor dining and seating with umbrella, 2 sun loungers, charcoal grill, beach wagon with foldable beach chairs and games.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This rental provides driveway parking for 3-4 standard size vehicles. Grass and street parking is not permitted.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint coastal town with beautiful laid-back beaches, plenty of local retail shops, watersport rentals, restaurants, and sweet shops. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well. Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
