The property was beautiful and the apartment was clean.however we had a non-functioning toilet bowl was very intermittent as a tank did not fill with water every time so it made it very difficult to flush wouldn't hold water even when we added it contacted management Friday afternoon after checking at 3:00 around 5:00 we realized toilet wasn't working contacted number on sheet left with instructions for apartment. They said they get back to me they did not. Contacted VRBO by phone early Saturday morning they were unable to get a hold of the host they said they would get back in touch with me they did at 3:00 in the afternoon and asked me if it been rectified and I said no I have no idea I'm at the beach as I am on vacation. I got back to my room no it had not been fixed and let them know via email as they asked me to. There were zero contact from anybody I text again about an hour or two later still no contact. called VRBO again Sunday morning and told them the toilet still had not been fixed.. explain to the woman on the phone is an extreme inconvenience to have to use the convenience store or gas station and walk there to have to use the bathroom because we couldn't flush ours. We were on a weekend vacation and we had a non-working toilet in a one-bedroom apartment . its not fixed ...so far zero compensation has been made. I spoke to VRBO Sunday morning they told me they would send a follow-up email from phone call i@8am it is now 6:00 pm and no follow up email
