This one-bedroom, one-bath residence occupies one side of a private duplex on Atoll Avenue — a two-minute walk from the sand, and comfortably removed from the busier stretches of Gulf Boulevard. You can be on the beach with a towel and a coffee before most people have found parking.

The lot also gives you generous open space to gather, grill, or simply spread out — something almost no beach rental in this area can offer.

The Neighborhood:
Redington Shores is one of the quieter barrier-island communities on Pinellas County's Gulf coast — residential, walkable, and refreshingly free of high-rise crowds. The Redington Shores Beach Access on Gulf Boulevard offers restrooms and outdoor showers, and the shoreline here is well known for its shelling and birdlife.
A few minutes away, you'll find everything from morning coffee shops and casual local bars to upscale seafood — enough variety to keep the week interesting without ever getting in the car for long. Del Bello Park, just up the road, has a small fishing pier, picnic pavilions, and kayak access to the Intracoastal. John's Pass Village, downtown St. Petersburg, and Tampa International Airport are all an easy drive.
