Traveling with a bigger group? The second house on the same property (Unit A) sleeps 4 more and has mini golf, a soundbar and subwoofer setup, and vinyl records. Message us for availability and book both.

House rules

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A later check-out is only possible if approved at least 1 business day ahead.

Self check-in with a door code. The code is sent in a separate message one day before check-in and changes for every stay.

No parties or events.

Quiet time after 10:00 PM.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum 4 guests.

No shoes in the house. Please leave them inside the front door.

No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please pick up all cigarette butts.

Pets are welcome with advance notice. A pet fee applies. Service dogs stay free.

We are on a septic system. Please flush only the toilet paper provided.

Please don't unplug electronics such as the TV and Apple TV.

Trash is collected on Thursdays. The management company moves the bins, so you don't need to.

Before check-out: wash used dishes, take all belongings and food, leave used towels in a pile on the floor, and put trash in the garbage can.

Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Security camera disclosure: one Ring doorbell camera is at Unit A's front door (the neighboring front house). There are no cameras at Unit B, inside either house, or anywhere else on the property.
