Our 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bath condo is a part of an extremely well kept 40 unit building right in the centre of amazing St. Pete Beach. Located on the 5th floor, the unit itself is a massive 850 SFT and is directly facing the Gulf. Inside the unit you will find a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 baths, and a larger bedroom.

The space

As mentioned above, the Condo is on the centre of St Pete Beach with a full plaza right down the street. For those without a car our condo could not be in a better location. Within a 5 minute walk you will find a CVS, Publix, Dollar General, Chik-fil- A and several small shops/restaurants. The resort itself has a private walk out to the beach and an amazing pool area where you will find chairs, umbrellas, heated Pool/Jacuzzi, and even 2 BBQ's. If you are in the mood to grab some food and drinks on the beach we have 10 restaurants/bars within a 10 minute walk of us that would be happy to serve you. The resort also has a Billiards room located on the 4th floor, and a convenient gym located on the 2nd floor.

You will not find larger, cleaner, and quieter accommodations anywhere on the beach; Especially with a perfect location. So come and enjoy our little slice of paradise with family and friends!!

The unit also has a designated covered parking spot incase you get caught in one of our quick Florida showers!
