The kitchen has an oven, fridge, and all the utensils you need, making it perfect for both short and long-term stays!

🛏️ Bedrooms – With 5 comfortable bedrooms, this home can easily accommodate up to 10 guests—perfect for families or friends!

There is also a crib available.

🛋️ Linens – A great night’s sleep is important to us, so we provide high-quality linens and quilts in every room. You`ll also get 2 towels per person for your stay, plus extra towels for the pool area.

🚿 Bathrooms – There are 2 bathrooms inside the villa, and a convenient shower by the pool.

While we can host up to 12 guests, please note that there are only 2 bathrooms, so there may be a little wait at peak times!

💧 Small note: The pool is cleaned weekly to ensure it’s always ready for your swim!

🚗 Car – If you prefer driving, there’s easy street parking available nearby. Renting a car gives you the flexibility to explore Malta’s beautiful surroundings at your own convenience.

🚌 Public Transport – The bus system is reliable, and there’s a bus stop just a short walk away. From here, you can easily get to nearby towns like Mellieha, Sliema, and Valletta.

🚖 Taxis – Need a ride? You can easily book taxis via app services like Bolt, Uber, or eCabs for quick and reliable transportation right to your doorstep.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas.

*Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

* Shower gel
* Plate liquid soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
* Garbage bags
* Linens for the bed
* Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.

If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
