The Space:

Welcome to a stylish and comfortable holiday home in a newly built apartment block, thoughtfully designed to make your stay in Malta easy and enjoyable.



The fully air-conditioned open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing with your favourite Netflix series or enjoying a quiet evening at home. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you prefer to dine in.



The separate bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind and can be arranged with either one double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference. It offers a peaceful space where you can unwind after a day of sightseeing, swimming or exploring the island. If you require the twin-bed setup, please let us know in advance.



The apartment is filled with natural light and decorated in a contemporary style, combining clean lines, soft neutral tones and carefully selected details. The charming balcony adds another inviting area to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a drink or simply take in the views.



For an extra touch of comfort, guests can enjoy a Nespresso machine, with complimentary coffee pods provided for their arrival. Should you need additional pods during your stay, they can be purchased locally.



Located in a lively and convenient area of St. Paul’s Bay, the apartment is close to a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, shops, beach lidos and everyday amenities. Whether you are visiting Malta for a relaxing break, a work trip or an island adventure, this apartment provides a comfortable and stylish home away from home.



Guest Access:

This is a private holiday home. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.



The Neighborhood:

There’s lots to explore and tons to do in St Paul’s Bay, Bugibba & close by areas for tourists of all ages and types. Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta, walk through our beautiful villages, or hop on a boat from Cirkewwa to spend a few hours on our sister island Gozo. If you’re renting a car you can park in the main road, right infront of the property. If you’re renting a car then you’ll be happy to hear that it’s relatively easy to find street parking very close to this holiday home.



Getting Around:

You can easily explore the islands of Malta by renting a car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi, all of which are simple solutions. The Guest Experience Team is available to assist in organizing and providing more information on these transportation options. Additionally, renting bikes offers another enjoyable way to discover the beauty of the islands.



Other Things to Note:

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
