Villa Sea Breeze is closed for an expansion and reopens in January 2027. A new wing adds three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private gym, together with a new kitchen, an L-shaped infinity pool and an outdoor kitchen. The private beach and the view stay exactly as they are. Some photos still show the villa before the expansion, so the new rooms, pool and kitchens are not pictured yet.



Set directly on the waterfront, Villa Sea Breeze offers uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea, a private beach, and breathtaking sunsets from nearly every corner of the property. The villa’s bright and contemporary interior features calming neutral tones, large windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces that create a relaxing tropical atmosphere.



The spacious living area opens directly onto the oceanfront terrace, where guests can enjoy panoramic sea views, refreshing ocean breezes, and complete tranquility. The villa’s expanded layout includes five beautifully designed bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for every guest.



The new master suite offers a king-size bed, premium bedding, air conditioning, direct terrace access, and spectacular ocean views. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a rainfall shower, stylish vanity, and a separate toilet room. Guests can also enjoy a unique outdoor bathroom with a bathtub and outdoor shower surrounded by tropical greenery.



The second master bedroom also features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace with stunning sea views. The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, modern en-suite bathroom, and a bright, spacious atmosphere. The newly added fourth bedroom offers flexible twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, while the fifth bedroom features a comfortable convertible sofa bed and access to a shared bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.



The villa’s brand-new open kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and Nespresso machine. Large sliding doors connect the indoor living space to the outdoor dining terrace, creating the perfect setting for relaxed Caribbean meals with family and friends.



One of the highlights of Villa Sea Breeze is the spectacular outdoor living area. The newly expanded L-shaped infinity pool overlooks the Caribbean Sea and connects beautifully with the spacious terrace and lounge areas. Guests can relax on comfortable sun loungers, swim while admiring the ocean views, or enjoy unforgettable evenings beside the water.



The new outdoor kitchen creates the ultimate setting for outdoor dining and entertaining. Complete with a grill, pizza oven, cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, it is ideal for sunset dinners and long evenings under the stars.



The villa also features a private gym, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, private parking, and modern entertainment facilities. The private beach area offers direct access to the sea, multiple lounge spaces, hammocks, and peaceful spots to relax in complete privacy.



Villa Sea Breeze is ideal for guests looking for an upscale Caribbean getaway with luxury amenities, breathtaking views, and direct ocean access. Please note that some new features and additions are scheduled for completion before reopening in January 2027 and may not yet appear in current photographs.



Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.



The Neighborhood:

Coral Estate is a gated residential resort in Banda Abou, on the quiet west coast of Curaçao near Sint Willibrordus. The estate was built around three ideas - peace, space and safety and has 24/7 security. Cactus, divi-divi trees and dry kunuku scrubland surround the grounds, and the flamingos of Jan Kok bay are a short drive away.



The Coral Estate Centre brings together a spa, dive school, boutique and bakery, the last of which serves breakfast in the morning and pizza at night. On the water you'll find two restaurants: Karakter, with loungers and beach service on the resort beach, and Koraal on the cliff above.



Three of the island's best beaches are close by: Daaibooi, Playa Porto Marie and Cas Abao are all within 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

The resort lies roughly 25 minutes from Hato International Airport (CUR) and 25 to 30 minutes from Willemstad, so the rest of the island stays easy to reach from the quiet side of it.



A car makes the difference here. Groceries mean a short drive beyond the gate and the beaches, dive sites and restaurants along this coast are spread out rather than clustered. With one you can pick a different beach each day, hike in Christoffel Park before it gets hot, or head into Willemstad for the evening.



Rental cars are available on the estate for guests, and taxis can be arranged for airport transfers or a night out.



Other Things to Note:

A few practical details worth knowing before you book.



- Every guest gets a complimentary drink at Karakter, the beach restaurant at the water's edge on the resort.




- The property is cleaned and the beds made up before arrival, with bath and beach towels ready for you. On stays of five nights or more, cleaning and fresh linen and towels are included every three to four days.



- Pricing follows the number of guests you enter, so it's worth checking that against your party. One bedroom per two guests is included in the rate; extra bedrooms can be added for a nightly charge once your booking is confirmed.



- A barbecue can be added for an extra charge - gas, charcoal or electric depending on the property - set up ready to use and cleaned afterwards.




- Electricity and water are included, based on roughly 8 to 12 hours of air conditioning a day. Nearly all guests stay within that; a surcharge applies for usage well beyond it.




- A refundable USD 500 deposit is arranged at check-in, preferably by credit card authorisation, covering any damage or loss and released in full after check-out.
