The Space:

Designed entirely on one level, the penthouse features a bright and open layout that invites relaxation and connection. With three spacious bedrooms, multiple outdoor areas, and a generous living space, it is perfectly suited for families or groups seeking both privacy and togetherness.



The interior design creates a calming and sophisticated ambiance, where warm wooden accents blend harmoniously with soft earthy tones such as moss green and beige. Natural materials and refined finishes enhance the serene atmosphere, making it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive.



Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind and includes a double bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom offers additional luxury with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the main balcony. One of the additional bedrooms also features its own private balcony. All rooms are bright, spacious, and styled to provide a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the island.



The living area serves as the heart of the home, with a comfortable seating area and television for relaxed evenings. The Neighborhood:

Coral Estate is a gated residential resort in Banda Abou, on the quiet west coast of Curaçao near Sint Willibrordus. The estate was built around three ideas - peace, space and safety and has 24/7 security. Cactus, divi-divi trees and dry kunuku scrubland surround the grounds, and the flamingos of Jan Kok bay are a short drive away.



The Coral Estate Centre brings together a spa, dive school, boutique and bakery, the last of which serves breakfast in the morning and pizza at night. On the water you'll find two restaurants: Karakter, with loungers and beach service on the resort beach, and Koraal on the cliff above.



Three of the island's best beaches are close by: Daaibooi, Playa Porto Marie and Cas Abao are all within 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

The resort lies roughly 25 minutes from Hato International Airport (CUR) and 25 to 30 minutes from Willemstad, so the rest of the island stays easy to reach from the quiet side of it.



A car makes the difference here. Groceries mean a short drive beyond the gate and the beaches, dive sites and restaurants along this coast are spread out rather than clustered. With one you can pick a different beach each day, hike in Christoffel Park before it gets hot, or head into Willemstad for the evening.



Rental cars are available on the estate for guests and taxis can be arranged for airport transfers or a night out.



Other Things to Note:

A few practical details worth knowing before you book.



- Every guest gets a complimentary drink at Karakter, the beach restaurant at the water's edge on the resort.



- The property is cleaned and the beds made up before arrival, with bath and beach towels ready for you. On stays of five nights or more, cleaning and fresh linen and towels are included every three to four days.



- Pricing follows the number of guests you enter, so it's worth checking that against your party. One bedroom per two guests is included in the rate; extra bedrooms can be added for a nightly charge once your booking is confirmed.



- Electricity and water are included, based on roughly 8 to 12 hours of air conditioning a day. Nearly all guests stay within that; a surcharge applies for usage well beyond it.



- A refundable USD 1500 deposit is arranged at check-in, preferably by credit card authorisation, covering any damage or loss and released in full after check-out.
