    This modern St. Louis retreat combines flexible sleeping space, a dedicated children's area and practical everyday comforts near Tower Grove Park, South Grand restaurants and neighborhood coffee shops.

    - Primary bedroom with a king bed, daybed and trundle; sleeps up to four
    - Second bedroom with a queen bed and dedicated children's play area
    - Bonus nursery with a Pack 'n Play/travel crib and dedicated workspace; this room is not suitable for adult sleeping
    - Pack 'n Play sheet is not provided
    - High chair plus toddler table and chairs

    Kitchen and bathroom
    The full kitchen includes gas appliances, bar seating, a dishwasher and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination, giving families the option of a bathtub.

    Private fenced backyard
    The private fenced backyard includes a dining area for morning coffee, outdoor meals and time outside with the family.

    Parking and location
    Private off-street parking behind the home can accommodate up to three cars or SUVs. Tower Grove Park and South Grand are a short walk or drive away, with convenient access to downtown St. Louis, hospitals and local attractions.

    - No pets are allowed; unauthorized pets incur a $300 fee.
    - No smoking indoors; a $250 violation fee applies.
    - Reservations longer than 21 days include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
    - Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
    - Returned lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Great house in Tower Grove South

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean, and nicely decorated with fun artwork. We appreciated the number of outlets for charging all the devices, and the bathroom was bigger than most. We’d definitely stay here again.

Birthday trip

My kids (young adults) and I stayed here for a few days. It is a comfortable space with plenty of room for everyone. Close to things we were in town for. The area was quiet and safe. The dedicated parking in the back was great.

Lovely house in Tower Grove

Everything was available for an enjoyable stay in the Tower Grove area. Access to Tower Grove park, shops & restaurants on Grand St. and Morgan Ford was great. Really enjoyed the fall weather sitting out in the backyard.

This is a great neighborhood, close to everything. House was great. Very comfortable, no bad vibes just an all around great place to stay. Don’t question it just do it.

Perfect location near the park and restaurants

Highly recommended VRBO in St. Louis

The house was very clean, comfortable and modern, and had plenty of space for the four of us. The location is excellent – it's centrally located, very safe, and a short walk to Tower Grove Park, which has pleasant walking trails, pickleball/tennis courts, and a large farmers market on Saturdays. I had a question for the manager, and it was answered quickly via the messaging feature on the VRBO app. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Cozy Stay in TGS Neighborhood

Visited St. Louis to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with friends and family. This house was perfect for our small family, and had plenty of space to let our little one run around and play. The crib was an added bonus, as we didn’t need to travel with a pack and play. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook a few meals during our stay. Location is wonderful! Only a few blocks to Tower Grove Park for a daily walk, with coffee shops on the way. Would definitely stay here again!
