Welcome to The Jefferson Social—a luxury retreat designed for unforgettable group stays. Sleeps up to max 16 guests with spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and an incredible game level featuring a pool table, arcade, lounge, and bunk room. Minutes from downtown, Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, and top attractions, it`s the perfect home for families, friends, celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette groups, and business travelers.

The Jefferson Social is a spacious, professionally designed home with multiple gathering spaces for large groups. The main level features an open-concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, oversized island, large dining area, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you`ll find comfortable bedrooms and full bathrooms designed for a relaxing stay. The finished lower level includes a second living room, pool table, arcade game, cocktail area, Smart TV, and a dedicated bunk room—perfect for entertaining or accommodating larger groups. Whether you`re cooking together, enjoying game night, or unwinding after exploring St. Louis, there`s plenty of space for everyone to gather or spread out comfortably.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, dining space, laundry, and the fully finished lower level featuring the pool table, arcade, lounge, and bunk room. Self check-in is available with a smart lock, making arrival simple and convenient. After check-in, guests will have access to the covered carport in the backyard where up to two vehicles can park privately. Please note that any locked owner closets or cabinets are not accessible to guests.

We respect our guests` privacy but are always available if you need us. Self check-in allows you to arrive at your convenience, and we`ll provide detailed check-in instructions before your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance during your visit, we`re just a message or phone call away and strive to respond quickly to ensure you have a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Please treat our home with care and respect our neighbors. No parties, events, or smoking are permitted. Quiet hours are observed in accordance with local regulations. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance. We provide starter supplies of essentials, and while we`re happy to help with any questions during your stay, additional supplies may be needed for longer reservations. We look forward to hosting you!

Please note: A brand-new hot tub has been installed but is not yet connected and is currently unavailable for guest use while final electrical work is completed. Because the hot tub is not yet an available amenity, it has not been factored into the nightly rate. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to offering it as an added feature in the near future.
🏡Respect the Home & Neighbors

- No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be especially mindful of noise when enjoying the outdoor spaces.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
- If neighbor complaints or law enforcement involvement occur due to guest behavior, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

🚭No Smoking or Drugs

- No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
- Illegal drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

🐾Pets

- Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee, plus the cost of any damages or additional cleaning.

🚗Parking

- There is private, off-street parking in the back with enough space for two standard size vehicles in the car port. For street parking, please park only in designated parking areas and never block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or fire hydrants. Follow all posted parking restrictions.

🍽️During Your Stay

- Please wash and load dishes before checkout.
- Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down the sink.
- Please return games, pool cues, arcade accessories, and other entertainment items to their proper places after use.
- Our home is kept between 70 - 75* depending on the time of day. If the home`s temperature is uncomfortable, please send us a message and we`ll be happy to adjust it for you.

🔥 Fire Pit

Please enjoy the fire pit responsibly.
- Never leave the fire unattended.
- Do not use the fire pit during high winds.
- Do not burn wood, cardboard, trash, or any materials other than the provided propane fire feature.
- Ensure the fire is completely turned off before going indoors or leaving the property.

🛁Hot Tub

- The hot tub is currently unavailable while final electrical work is being completed. It is not included in the nightly rate at this time.

🚪Checkout

- Checkout time is strictly enforced to allow our cleaning team adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests. Unauthorized late checkouts may incur additional fees.
- To help our cleaning team prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask that you:
🧼 Start the dishwasher.
🧺 Place used towels on the laundry room floor.
🛏️ Strip used beds and leave linens on the bedroom floor (please leave mattress protectors in place).
🗑️ Place trash in the two bins outside.
🚗 Confirm the garage door is closed and leave the remote on the counter.
🔒 Lock all doors and windows when departing.


📹Security

- Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.
