The main level of the house features two generously sized bedrooms, both furnished with luxurious king beds. The living area on this floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, providing a perfect setting for shared meals and quality time with family and friends. The basement adds even more versatility to this remarkable rental. Two more bedrooms are located here, one featuring two king beds and the other with one king bed. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy. The basement also boasts a second living area, complete with another TV, providing an additional space for entertainment and relaxation.

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

Although we do not like fees we must inform you of the following to help maintain the property:

If you do not honor our DOG ONLY pet policy you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
