Parking is a breeze, with space for up to three vehicles in the driveway. Guests are also welcome to use the garage for added convenience. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals, and with two roomy dining tables, there's space for everyone to gather. For families with little ones, a Pack N' Play is thoughtfully provided. And for those with furry family members, the fully fenced backyard is a secure and welcoming space for your beloved dogs to roam and play. We also provide dog bed, toys and dog bowls for added convenience.

We've got you covered with complimentary essentials, including linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing soap, and even laundry detergent! If by any chance the supplies run out, no worries! Target is conveniently within walking distance for any additional items you may need.

We are happy to welcome your dogs but in order to maintain and sanitize the place for other guests, there is a pet fee of $100 per dog. Kindly reach out to us via message before booking if you will be bringing your pups. Your dogs are our guests too so we offer amenities such as dog bowls, a dog bed, toys, and treats for their enjoyment!

Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
- Keep off all furniture and bedding
- Must be house trained
- Pick-up and dispose of all waste

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay. If excessive hair in furniture and bed found, we will request an additional fee depending on how much the cleaner will charge us.

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in (earliest at 12 PM) for a $50.00 fee.

We'd like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.

★ Must be at least 21 years old.
★ No parties, gathering, illegal substances and undeclared guests.
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out may cost $50 for every 30 minutes that they wait outside.
★ Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
> Keep off all furniture and bedding
> Must be house trained
> Pick-up and dispose of all waste
> If your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements
> Please do not let the dog off leash in public and unfenced area
★ Upon check-out, we kindly request to put the used dishes and run the dishwasher, secure trash and turn off the lights, AC, and stove.
★ Refundable security deposit of $350 should be authorized 1 day prior to your stay and will be released 2 days after your stay. Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% - regardless of the cancellation policy.

Safety:
★ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway and one camera covers backyard. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation for the safety of our home and guests.
★ Unique access code will be provided for the guest which only works during your booked dates.

Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage. We are always available to answer any questions you may have about our house rules as we want to ensure that you feel informed and have a wonderful stay with us!

Great stay, one broken bed

The property was slightly worn looking. Also, one of the beds was broken (queen); two people slept in and rolled to the middle. Owner was made aware and just thanked us for our input. That was somewhat disappointing, as those two people had uncomfortable sleeps for three nights

The location is great for accessibility to shopping and restaurants; however, the carpet shows severe wear, loveseat and sofa backs don't stay upright, the sliding glass door off breakfast area has a broken seal, the kitchen lighting is dim, and garbage disposal doesn't work.The beds are VERY comfy and bedding and linens are good quality. The fenced backyard is great for pets!This property is managed by a company not an individual owner which could explain the lack of attention to detail.

Fair & Easy to Work With

The host was extremely helpful when booking the listing. The amount of detail made it easy to choose this one and know how well it would work with our family (we were traveling for a funeral). Sadly, an unexpected winter storm prevented us from traveling. The host was fair in how the refund was implemented. If we need to travel to this location in the future, this would certainly be a place I checked availability for.

Insulting

House was nice but people parking in the street make it almost impossible to get to the house. First is the toaster didn’t work. Could overlook that but had invited the family over on Labor Day planned to grill on the deck but couldn’t use the grill due to gas leak at regulator and hose. Then the most important part was when I was making sure my son had towels and when I opened the closet door I found a hand written note on a paper bag stating this house wasn’t mine don’t trash it and there was plenty of towels but it doesn’t mean we had to use them all. Extremely rude and insulting to me and my son. If I would have had more people stay there I would’ve been embarrassed if they were to see the note. Problem is I’m not sure who did it. Cleaning crew, Management company or owners.but really doesn’t matter I would rather stay in a hotel next time I come to visit my family than be spoken to this way.
