This home features a cozy living area with a large sectional couch and a large smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your entertaining, cooking or baking needs! Very comfortable modern bedrooms that all feature spacious closets, blackout curtains, sound machines, and various lighting options. The King and Queen bedrooms both have 40-inch smart TVs. The King primary bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and there is an additional newly updated full first-floor bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are located next to each other on the main floor of the home. ***An additional bedroom is being added in the basement and will be finished in late December of 2023.***

The basement will feature an additional cozy King bedroom, a large area for your group or family to relax, kids' games and toys, a large play area, and an additional seating area with a sectional and large projector screen home theatre (will be setup for January 2024 bookings). There is also a storage room/laundry room located in the basement and guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer along with provided laundry detergent and supplies.

The large backyard is fully fenced in and features a nice patio with an outdoor dining area, a firepit and brand new propane gas grill. The beautiful fenced-in backyard is perfect for your group and your pets!
