Welcome to our modern Tower Grove house, a contemporary residence built in 2020 that seamlessly blends style and functionality. This Three bedroom retreat is designed to elevate your living experience, offering unparalleled comfort and convenience.

The primary bedroom is a luxurious sanctuary, featuring an ensuite with a king bed, a separate soaking tub, and a shower complete with a soothing rain head. Bedroom 2 boasts a king bed and a dedicated workspace, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and productivity. The second floor hosts a convenient laundry area for added ease.

The third floor is a loft-style haven, uniquely designed with 5 additional twin beds and a crib, making it an ideal space for families or groups. Step outside to the top-floor terrace, where an outdoor dining area awaits, offering a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

The full kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at your convenience. Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a TV and an electric fireplace for a cozy ambiance. The carport, featuring a garage door, ensures secure parking, and a Tesla charger is available for electric vehicle owners.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Our family (2 adults, 6 kids) enjoyed our stay in this clean, modern home in a convenient St. Louis location.PROS:Clean!Modern.Plenty of beds (though no door to the loft space).An issue came up where a blind came off. The host responded to our fix request, and it was addressed during our stay.Safe - area seems to be undergoing a positive change, with a few borded up homes nearby. But we never felt unsafe; police station 1blk away.Walking distance to great restaurants.CONS:Minimal instructions and obsolete information in the binder. Advertised as having a alley carport but not way/instructions to open/close without walking around the block, through the front, and hitting the button. This was quite a inconvenience! Also, asked about this issue and never received an answer.Only the master bedroom has blackout curtains. The second bedroom and loft only had light filtering. Some widows through the house didn't have any shades creating a bit of a fish bowl feel.Upstairs balcony was advertised, but no way to undo that lock to use that space.Sound travels very easily through the place. You can easily hear kids in the loft from two levels below. Also, multiple times we could here tenants below in the basement unit.MIXED:There are some things provided (coffee, dishes, clothes detergent, etc) but other things were lacking (there were spices, but no salt and pepper). It had a crib but not other things for younger children (such as kid dishes, younger kids games, etc).

In town for our daughter's graduation from SLU. Brought Grandma, 2 kids, and the dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced front and back yard were such a plus. The house was very clean and Jeff was extremely responsive. Also close to lots of bars & restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place, clean and good location. Very comfortable beds, we all slept great! Covered parking with garage door was a nice feature. Looked like a fun, walkable district nearby but we had our kids with us so we didn't go out in the evening. Would recommend!

The check in, the space, everything was amazing. We will be back to this place again. There is a park within walking distance that was GREAT to get our kids "zoomies" out. Thank you so much. I do think someone before us stole pot holders - we could not find any. We got the cookies out with a rag! Thank you again!

This home was the perfect stay for our family. A nice fenced in yard for the dog, and the home even had a crate tucked away in a closet in case we forgot ours. There was a lovely park just around the block that was perfect for the kids. There were so many amenities including an air-fryer and a stocked spice cabinet that made cooking a meal easy! This was one of my favorite home stay locations ever! It was also just a 12 minute walk to the transit station which made for a much less stressful transit to the Arch and downtown area. I would absolutely stay here again!

1 - Couldn’t use half-bath sink because of a hole in the sink 2 - Kitchen rugs filthy -buy new ones 3 - Trip hazard where flooring has buckled up (water damage?) 4 - ONE kitchen towel 5 - Yard gives the impression that no one lives there - overrun with weeds and grass up to 12”; trash in the backyard with pavers, plastic pots 6 - Smelll of sewage was pronounced the first 2 mornings we were there
