This luxurious condo has been recently renovated. It is located on the 2nd floor above commercial spaces including 9 Round Boxing, Urban Candle Company, Olympic Sporting Goods, and a Salon. A wide stairwell with railing and landing leads you to the condo.

Appreciate looking at the iconic Saint Louis artwork throughout. We have also included books about Saint Louis, along with Saint Louis Monopoly!

Upon entering you will mesmerized by the open floor plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully supplied and has been remodeled to the fullest! The living room includes a 65" smart TV and ample seating space.

The bathroom with take your breath away with a large soaker tub and separate stand up shower. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently placed for any of your laundry needs.

The main bedroom includes a king size bed, 55" smart TV, closet, and luggage rack.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 43" smart TV, and a closet.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds with a full size bunk (200lb weight limit on full size bunk).

Enjoy the private rooftop porch. This porch is covered and includes a gas grill and patio furniture.

You will have access to the condo, private rooftop porch, and entryway stairwell that leads to the condo.
