  • Find your home away from home at this cute two bedroom bungalow on "The Hill" near downtown St. Louis. Enjoy authentic Italian food, cute boutiques and of course delicious baked treats. Take a quick walk to grab coffee at Park Avenue or jump on the highway and visit the City Museum, Arch or other fantastic St Louis attractions within minutes. We have everything you need to stay comfortably on your trip and know you will experience all the love we have poured into this newly renovated bungalow.
    Our home sits on the corner and there is free street parking directly in front of the house. There is also a parking pad in the back of the house that is accessible via the alley which can fit one car and is available for you to use during your stay. Please be aware that our home is on a corner lot next to a busy street so you will hear typical street noise during your stay. We have built a wrap around fence to block as much of the noise as we can. The side yard is a perfect place for your fur baby to spend time while you are visiting. We have a $50 pet fee to accommodate your pets while you are visiting. We can't wait for you to enjoy all of the amazing things we love about The Hill.

From the very beginning Christina's communication was phenomenal. The night of arrival went smoothly, and I was so impressed with how clean the home was! Little touches such as the paper towels having a folded design on top to the sweetest note left on the kitchen counter welcoming me and thanking me for renting her home. Christina even left me a gift card for coffee to the cutest little shop around the corner. The updates to the home are adorable and my taste. The bed was super comfortable. Christina checked in with me throughout my stay to ensure everything was going well. I chose to park in front as there was space but there is a spot in the alley in the back (I just was not comfortable with that being by myself). 10/10 highly recommend.

Easy to find. Check in was smooth. Close to the hill and botanical gardens! Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and local grocery! The Park Ave Coffee and Randall’s liquor store were both friendly and fun! The Songbird Cafe served a good breakfast! Quiet neighborhood and enjoyed our stay!

Property was just what we needed for a weekend visit with our dog along. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect for our needs with easy access to Hwy 44.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and we were able to bring our little dog Corky with us which was great. Parking. was no problem at all. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was conveniently located and perfect for myself and granddaughter. The only issue we had was trying to unlock the door because it's an older house, but once we figured out to pull hard to close and open it we didn't have any other problems. The neighbor was nice and helpful with the trash can and it was a fairly quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

This was a fantastic stay. The host was very accommodating and the house was cozy. We were within walking distance of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I would absolutely stay a second time!

The house location is good. Takes about 15 minutes to get downtown. Many, many wonderful restaurants, sandwich shops, and Gelato in walking distance. We took our dog to the park which was a few blocks away. The host was very responsive and friendly. There's a welcome booklet she made with information about the neighborhood, etc. All in all a nice place to stay.

Property owner was so kind and welcoming. My children and pets were well accomodated. We came to St. Louis to visit the Arch and experience the city. Property owner was so sweet to leave us a gift card for a local coffee shop. This home was so close to everything that we needed. We felt safe and can't wait to come back!

We come to town a lot to visit friends, and I don’t think I’ll ever get a hotel in St. Louis again if this property is available. It’s close to everything, clean, and it was amazing having a fenced in yard for the dogs.

The home was exactly as pictured and IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Parking was easy and the location was very convenient. Christina was a perfect host; she always responded to our questions immediately and was so helpful. We will definitely book again next time we're in St. Louis!!

Communication with the host was great! Cute, clean house, the fenced in yard worked out great for our little pups. Great place to stay for a couple wanting to be close to The Hill.

What a precious house that was decorated adorably!!! The kitchen was stocked well and we so appreciated the coffee and filters!! The bed was like butter, you just melted into it nightly!! The host was amazing at communicating, which made for a stress free stay!

The bed was heavenly as was the ceiling fan!!
The kitchen has all that you need!! Coffee, filters and spices to cook.
Enjoyed the comfy chairs to read and relax.
