This home is a perfect fit for families coming to visit their Wash U/SLU students, or relatives in Dogtown and surrounding neighborhoods. You will have full access to this home and yard. We will provide contact-free check-in information after booking. Parking on the driveway for 1 car. Free street parking.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee. Dog kennel available on request. Our insurance policy prohibits certain breeds so disclosure of your pet's size and breed is required.

There is a multidirectional camera on the exterior of the property for the safety of our guests & property. There are no cameras that view the interior of the property.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs in the house. Odor remediation of any kind will result in a minimum $250 charge.

First and last names of all guests aged 18+ must be provided in writing prior to check-in

Guests must sign the Renter Agreement no later than 48 hours prior to check-in

FAQ's...

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 3pm but you can reach out the day of your check-in and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check-in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival.

Late Check-out?
- Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We cannot not guarantee a late check out. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Luggage Drop Off?
- Sometimes. Let us know what you need and how much stuff and we will try to accommodate.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Is the home suitable for children?
- Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play, toddler mattress (upon request), high chair, kid dinnerware.

Can we bring pets?
- Mostly yes! Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee. Dog kennel available on request. Our insurance policy prohibits certain breeds so disclosure of your pet's size and breed is required.

Can we have people over?
- Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our city occupancy limit allows.
