« My husband and I stayed at K’s Motel over the weekend for a wedding. It was very clean and the hosts were great at communicating. The AC worked wonderfully, even better than my own at home. The bed was comfy and it was true king bed. I’ve been to some properties that advertise king beds that are really queens or queens that are really fulls… here we got what we reserved. « This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. « We have a very nice stay in Croghan as we were working in the area for a few days. The host was great to communicate with and was very helpful. It was a very small and safe town with a couple of places to eat. We weren't concerned about leaving equipment in the back of the truck at night. The lodgings were clean and basic. « This room was small but had just about everything you would need but some kind of table to eat on. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. »
