Another special listing from 360 Estates ! We welcome you to Malta by offering this brand new, beautiful 4BR seafront property in the heart of St Julians, PV just opposite the famous St Georges Bay.

Upon entering the apartment, our guests are welcomed by an amazing and spacious living area with beautiful designer interior and private access to a picturesque balcony with spacious outdoor furniture.

Moreover, this apartment have 4 large KING SIZED beds - WIFI and AC.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!

Living area| Massive sofa, with a large TV coand a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area is an amazing balcony with probably one of the nicest views in Malta. Spinola beach is also opposite the building making access to the MAIN ST JULIANS sandy beach within walking distance.

Also included is a private access seafront balcony with outdoor furniture just opposite the famous St Georges.

Bedrooms| 4 Full bedrooms, with king sized beds. Maximum guests allowed at any given time is 8.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is an ensuite.

WIFI and AC available.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.

The apartment is central and close to all the amenities of St Julians such as Casinos, Beaches, Clubs and even english schools.

Whatever the situation - Traveling, working or Study, the location is perfect and second to none.

This seafront property is located in the heart of St Julians just opposite the famous St Georges Bay.

Being so central the bus stop is just round the corner from the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel.

We also offer 24/7 taxi service from the messaging application of Airbnb.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
