Important Information for Your Stay at Mercury Suites Sky Dream Apartments :

DAMAGE DEPOSIT :

A damage deposit of €350 is required for all bookings .

Guests will receive a secure payment link via email four days prior to arrival to submit their credit card details

Upon Check-In the deposit amount will be blocked on the card provided.

If no damage is found upon inspection after check-out, the deposit will be released within 30 days, though the exact time frame depends on the guest's bank or card issuer.

In case of damages, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the damage deposit, and any remaining balance will be returned.

Serious damages or violations may result in the full deposit being retained.

Guests must submit their credit card details within 48 hours of receiving the payment link . Failure to do so will result in booking cancellation, which will be processed according to the property's cancellation policy.

Arrival Information:

A Host will meet and greet you upon arrival . Please inform Mercury Suites Sky Dream Apartments in advance of your arrival flight details and expected check-in time for a smooth check in

Late Check-In: For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a €50 late check-in Fee applies, payable upon check-in.

Late Check-Out : This is subject to availability and a €50 Fee Applies

Key Cards and Pool Access Cards will be handed upon check- In the event of a lost Card, a replacement/ Penalty fee of €50 per card will be charged. Please report lost cards immediately to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.

Upon check-out, kindly leave all key cards inside the room.

Outdoor pool is on Level 33 Pool and is Operated by Noyane Restaurant . For Access Present Key card at ToroToro/Noyane Reception.

Sun beds and Umbrellas in the pool area come at an extra charge

WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE :

Guests are kindly requested to place their rubbish outside the apartment door in the provided bins ( bins are found under the kitchen sink ) between 6 pm -6.30 pm or 8 pm - 8.30 pm as collection will take place half an hour after this time.
