A lovely 2Br home just off Spinola Bay

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Welcome travellers to our lovely apartment located in the prime area of St Julians, nestled just moments away from the breathtaking Spinola Bay!

Upon entering our property, guests will find a large living area, with a comfy sofa and smart TV with access to a lovely private balcony. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 large bedrooms making it perfect for both short/long stays.

High- Speed WIFI & AC available throughout the whole stay.

The apartment is equipped with both high-speed WiFi and air conditioning for your convenience and comfort.

Living Spaces| The apartment has a large living area with Sofa and SMART TV making sure your stay is super comfy and relaxed.

Dining Area | Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is a designated space for shared moments and delectable meals. A well-appointed table and comfortable seating create a lovely ambient for dining and chilling.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts a brand new cooker, hub and oven. There is also a dishwasher and new fridge. Also a window with seaviews is found, giving you that extra relaxation especially for those who love cooking.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (and a single bed upon request) and another with 2 single beds. For over the sleeping logistics, we will prepare an extra single sofa bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Nearby bus stops connect effortlessly to other parts of the island, allowing for convenient exploration.

As evening falls, Paceville truly comes alive. The area boasts an exciting nightlife scene, with an abundance of clubs, casinos, and entertainment venues that cater to various tastes and preferences. For those seeking a vibrant social life, this neighborhood is a hub of activity, drawing in locals and tourists alike.

In Paceville, getting around is convenient and diverse, offering various transportation options:

Public Transportation: Paceville enjoys excellent connectivity through Malta's public bus service. Several bus routes pass through the area, providing easy access to different parts of the island. Bus stops within walking distance from the apartment allow residents and visitors to travel conveniently to nearby towns, beaches, historical sites, and other key locations across Malta.

Walking: The central location of Paceville makes it highly pedestrian-friendly. Many amenities and attractions are within a short walking distance, including convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, and English schools. Residents can enjoy leisurely walks within the neighborhood or even venture to nearby areas like Spinola Bay or Balluta Bay by foot.

Taxi Services: Taxis are readily available in Paceville, providing a convenient mode of transportation, especially for shorter distances or reaching specific destinations quickly. Taxis offer a more personalized and direct way to travel around the area and beyond.

Car Rentals: While Paceville itself is pedestrian-friendly, those preferring the flexibility of a personal vehicle can easily rent cars from agencies in the vicinity. Having a car allows for more autonomy in exploring the island and accessing destinations outside the immediate area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
