Bliss est l’un des secrets inconnus de St John avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes, St Thomas, St Croix (par temps clair) et vers d’autres îles et cayes. De magnifiques couchers de soleil et des arcs-en-ciel à partir du pont! Située juste au-dessus du Westin Resort à Great Cruz Bay, cette villa se trouve à 3 minutes de Cruz Bay, des épiceries, des restaurants, des boutiques, des sentiers de randonnée et bien plus encore! Bliss est un condo sur deux niveaux avec une chambre et une salle de bain, doté de curseurs personnalisés dans les pièces à vivre et les chambres à coucher pour capturer la plus grande vue sur l'océan de toutes les pièces. Le salon a un canapé-lit. Le grand pont enveloppant comporte des zones couvertes et non couvertes pour bronzer, se mettre à l’ombre et manger en plein air. Les brises fraîches et les couchers de soleil sont un spectacle que vous ne voudrez pas manquer tous les soirs! Il a absolument tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour prendre soin de vous, y compris une cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson à gaz, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain et mixeur. Sentez-vous comme une reine (ou un roi) dans la salle de bains en marbre complète de Bliss, avec sa grande douche à l'italienne en marbre, ses miroirs et beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer. Le salon est entièrement équipé avec un canapé-lit, un pouf en cuir, une télévision par satellite et la climatisation entourée de ciel bleu. Un escalier en colimaçon mène à la chambre principale qui comprend un lit king-size "Heavenly Bed" avec A / C. Et une piscine commune à quelques pas de la villa! 180 degree views of the island to die for, nice location close to town, easy dedicated parking, kind and responsive host property manager, great tv internet, cute decor, both covered and sunny private outdoor space, fully equipped villa with everything you need to explore and enjoy the island. Would absolutely stay again! Worth noting for certain guests that the stairs to the loft bedroom are not for the faint of heart. It's a bit smaller and older development than I was probably expecting, but you will not be disappointed with this perfect *blissful* pad to start and end your days of adventuring. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about our stay was AMAZING!!!! Luciah greeted us at our Jeep rental location and guided us to the condo for a brief overview. We found everything at the condo to be exactly as described. We really appreciated all of the little touches that were included such as the snorkel gear, coolers, chairs, water bottles, and beach bags. The condo was clean and the accommodations were exactly what we expected. The views were incredible! Even better in person than pictured. We found the location to be ideal and quiet. My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!!

Our host greeted us at our car rental. Luciah was extremely informative and nice. We had the electricity go out for about 18 hours on both islands. Luciah kept in touch and up to date on info. We were gone when it came back on and she came back and closed up the house and turned on the ac for our return. Views were 2nd to none. Driving to town and to the other end of the park were easy. Will be back.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was absolutely wonderful! The views are unbelievable, the house is very cute and comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfy and the linens didn’t feel cheap or of bad quality. We had no major issues with the home while we were there. However, there were small things to note. The first is the cats. While the two strays are very persistent with begging for food, they are polite and friendly and they won’t enter the house so they didn’t cause any trouble for us. The other thing is the dryer. If you need to use it, be careful. The lint trap doesn’t seem to fit completely into the slot and our clothes would get caught on the corner of it. It ended up tearing the strap off my wife’s top. Lastly, the drive up is rough. The road/driveway is very steep and a bit narrow so you do have to pull over for oncoming traffic. If you don’t have a jeep or a truck you might struggle. Like I said, all minor things. The view from the bedroom window makes it all worth it! Overall, we recommend this place!

Great villa with exceptional views

This villa is everything and more from the description. The views are even better in person. Great location to town but also not to close. We loved everything about our stay here. Easy to work with the property owner and management who made our stay as easy as possible. Have everything you need in snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler etc. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay again.

Picturesque Villa in Great Location

The villa has amazing views, an awesome balcony, and is in a great location - close to Cruz bay, beaches, and the grocery store. The villa also has beach chairs, ice packs, coolers, fridge / freezer, beach towels, floaties, and many essentials! Highly recommend!

Amazing views!!

We stayed in this villa for a week and would definitely go back! We enjoyed watching the sunset on the deck every night. The deck now has 4 bar stools and a table connected to the balcony, it’s a beautiful place to sit in the mornings / evenings. The villa is in a great location! Very close to Cruz bay and a grocery store. Its stocked with linens, washer / dryer, beach towels, snorkels, cooler, beach chairs, and everything you would need to cook. The drive to trunk, cinnamon and maho bay was about 20-25 min. Dan was a great host and was quick to respond to us if we had any questions. The view from the bedroom window upstairs was amazing to wake up to. The twirly staircase has lights that automatically turn on when motion is detected. That was helpful when going up and down the stairs when it was dark. This villa is perfect for 2 people. We found that keeping luggage down in the living room was easier than bringing it upstairs to the loft. Overall this villa was a great place to stay and we will definitely return!!

Pure paradise!

Some of the best views from this little gem on island! Everything we needed was there for us. We really appreciated the automatic lighting on the spiral staircase when we had to get up in the middle of the night! It is an end unit with two adjoining units, and a group of 20 something’s arrived our last two days and were quite loud. Unfortunately the walls are a bit thin. However this would not deter us from coming back. Make sure you pin your location before leaving the villa especially at night, as the roads are not marked. Thank you to our hosts for sharing your wonderful place.

Wonderful Stay!

The place is so gorgeous! I was worried about a loft bedroom and if it would be hot, but from reading the other reviews it seemed like it stayed cold. It definitely did! There is a separete a/c upstairs and it was perfect! The place is so close to Cruz Bay, and there is a market at the end of hill which was very convenient.

Secluded retreat difficult to reach

The place was truly AMAZING and the spiral staircase was not an issue but the steep hill to get both up and down for us was a dealbreaker. Owners were great as they tried to help us out by giving us names of private taxis instead of us using our rented jeep. It was not their fault that we only stayed one of 5 nights but we were there for my daughter's wedding and the thought of getting back up that hill after the rehearsal dinner and the evening wedding the next day, was too much for us. We also were not use to those steep hills and realized that St John is a lot of steep hills. Feral cats on property were not disclosed.

Bliss at Villa Bliss

Villa Bliss was everything we needed. Safe neighborhood, convenient location, functional kitchen. Very comfortable. The beach chairs and other provisions were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch every sunrise and sunset .

Bliss with Views

We rented Villa Bliss for 10 days in January 2025, and we had a wonderful time. The communication with Dan was excellent, and Lucy met us at the boat. Any time we had questions, Dan was a text away. The location is quite near Cruz Bay, and up a rather steep hill. I would recommend renting a vehicle here, and we had an AWD Toyota. Dan put the villa in Google maps so it is easy to navigate to once you begin to explore.We loved the set-up with an indoor/outdoor living feel- coffee in the morning overlooking Cruz bay on the deck, and then be out of the villa most of the day either hiking or at the beach, and then get home for twilight with the sunset views.The bathroom is clean and efficient. The kitchen is well equipped with a gorgeous fridge, and the stove top and oven were handy as we ate both breakfast and dinner at the villa.The villa does share a wall with the unit next door. One can hear others when that unit is occupied. When we were there Manny, the owner of the next door unit was there, and he was super friendly. Because I had read another review about the thin-walls I brought noise-cancelling headphones for sleep. I did not need to use them because the neighbors were quiet around 10 pm. Because it is football playoff times, it was nice (at least for my husband) to have a many channels available to watch games. The bed was comfy and it felt a bit like climbing into a tree-house using the spiral staircase. I would rent this villa again in a heartbeat.

Perfect

The view. I actually cried. It was breathtaking from early morning coffee to late night drinks on the deck. Beautiful sunsets.The villa was immaculate clean…and I am picky about that.We quickly got used to the spiral staircase. We are in our late 50’s and neither extremely fit or disabled but didn’t have issues with it. It may not be suitable for elderly or people with other issues.The villa has ample air conditioning upstairs and on the main level but there’s always a breeze so we did shut them off one day.There were no bugs or critters! None! Nothing inside or out. It was so comfortable to be out on the deck with that beautiful view.We will definitely be back and have already referred a friend!

Lovely view!

We’ve stayed at Villa Bliss three times now and it feels like home. Its a perfect space for two people, The views are spectacular. Everything you need is there: coolers, chairs, snorkel equip, kitchen supplies, comfortable clean furniture and linens. The hummingbirds and iguanas are wonderful to watch while enjoying coffee on the beautiful porch.Great spot!

Had a lovely 4 nights at Villa Bliss. Amazing view, super comfortable, well stocked, great indoor and outdoor spaces. Feels removed from Cruz Bay but only 3 minutes to the necessary conveniences. Would love to come back!

Sweet Serenity

My husband and I loved this villa. The wrap around deck was gorgeous and we loved watching the hummingbirds and iguanas. We felt like we were in a jungle tree house. It was super clean and exactly as pictured. It was also super quiet and we had the pool all to ourselves for the week because no one was staying in the neighboring villas. It was convenient to town and the north shore beaches which was a plus. Luciah the property manager was so nice and always there if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying in this villa. I would definitely not hesitate to rent again. Some of my favorites were Gibney Beach, Maho, Salt Pond, Ram's Head, St John Scoops, High Tide and Skinny Legs. St John has my heart and Villa Bliss will never be forgotten. Thanks for sharing this little slice of paradise with us.

Highly recommend!

The place was amazing for 2 people! Wrap around porch with amazing views. Amazing communication with the host, he was quick to respond with all questions and reached out before the trip to check in and help guide checking in process. Overall 5/5 would 100% go back (and probably plan to!).
