  • Bienvenue à Seaside at Grande Bay Resort! Situé sur la belle rue John, également connu comme le joyau des États-Unis. Les iles vierges. St. John est une île volcanique offrant des plages de sable blanc, des eaux turquoise, des vues sur la montagne et des ruines historiques. Le parc national des Îles Vierges englobe plus de la moitié des dix-neuf kilomètres carrés de l'île. Entouré de récifs coralliens et d'herbiers marins, St. John propose une excellente plongée en apnée à partir du rivage ainsi que des excursions de plongée. Si vous préférez faire de la randonnée, il existe plus de vingt sentiers de randonnée entretenus pour votre plaisir.

    Votre maison loin de chez vous à Grande Bay est située au bord de l’eau et offre une vue imprenable sur le port de Cruz Bay. Prenez votre petit déjeuner ou votre dîner sur le balcon tout en écoutant les vagues se profiler sur le rivage. Pour plus de commodité, notre condo peut être réservé comme une unité de deux chambres avec une cuisine complète et deux salles de bains, une unité avec une chambre avec une cuisine complète et une salle de bains ou comme unité de studio avec une kitchenette et une salle de bains complète. Nous proposons trois balcons privés pour profiter du plein air et une terrasse de piscine partagée avec piscine et bain à remous. La station propose également une salle de sport spacieuse avec un nouvel équipement (même une machine de Pilates!) qui offre une vue sur l'océan. La Grande Baie est ouverte 24 heures sur 24 pour répondre à toutes vos questions ou pour vous aider pendant vos vacances.

    Le fait d’être situé dans la baie de Cruz vous permet de vous rendre facilement à pied aux magasins, restaurants, bars et même à quelques plages. Une place de parking sécurisée dans le garage souterrain PEUT être disponible, mais n’est pas garantie avec la suite studio.

We stayed here for a week and it was the most relaxing stay! The condo had everything we needed and the location was exactly what we wanted for this trip. Didn’t rent a car this time- loved being able to walk to town for dinners and shopping and the new Dolphin Market was literally a 2 minute walk if we needed to grab anything! We grabbed a taxi for beach trips and dinner at Windmill- we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seaside Studio Suite. The first-floor location was perfect, allowing us to easily use the stairs every day except when moving our suitcases during arrival and departure. The unit was fully equipped, and having a full-size washer and dryer with detergent pods included was a great convenience. We also appreciated the quality beach chairs, coolers, and floats provided. Additionally, staying over the 4th of July was wonderful, as the balcony offered a direct view of the fireworks. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return soon.

Wonderful unit with great waterfront views

The Seaside Studio Suite is beautiful ! Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and beautiful views of the palm trees and Cruz Bay from the balcony. Everything you need for a perfect stay and Tracy is a wonderful host. We can't wait to return again soon.

Simply the best!

Tracy and Juice are phenomenal hosts. We rented the studio this time and so did not rent a jeep. Tracy gave me a number of places that will grocery shop for you and deliver. The unit is spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and is ideally located beachfront in the heart of Cruz Bay. It was really easy taking taxis to the beaches and to go to the areas for sailing. We walked everywhere else to restaurants, shopping and live music. We enjoyed every minute and it was so relaxing in the unit and having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water was such a treat! We also spent time in the pool, jacuzzi and upper deck of the complex……beautiful!! We give it 5 STARS!

We booked this condo based upon a recommendation from a friend, and we were not disappointed. The condo was clean and is close to town making it convenient to everything. Tracy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will keep Tracy's condo in mind for our next trip.

Quiet, clean, beautiful view

My wife and I were on island for 12 days. The last three nights were spent at the seaside studio. We like the short walk to Cruz bay and all it has to offer the studio was clean quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely end our vacations at the condo in the future.

Great Location - Great Accommodations

The unit I rented was exactly as described and pictured. The unit was perfect, very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The property was very clean. It was just a short walk from the ferry to Grande Bay.

Absolutely perfect

This was our second stay in one of Tracy's Condos, her communication is the best and she's always so helpful! The condos are so beautiful and the view is amazing!! She has absolutely everything you need for a perfect week on beautiful St John, including, Beach chairs, snorkel gear, a cooler and noodles. We could not have been happier with choosing her condo and will definitely be booking with her again on our future trips.

Great location and amenities for everything we needed!

Great location within walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay. Room was equipped with everything we needed and more. We spent nights on the balcony or across the street on the beach. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus and the all of the basics were available in the kitchen. Would highly recommend for a small group or expand to the room next door.

Perfect stay for a couple!

The Seaside Studio Suite was exactly as described. The location at Grande Bay was ideal for beach days, an afternoon cocktail, and dinner. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was perfect place to relax for a cocktail after a long day in the sun. There was easy access to many bars, excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Tracy was quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in St. John.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We have stayed a few times in other condos at Grande Bay. This was our first time staying at Seaside Studio and it has everything one could possibly need. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances including a very nice, modern hot plate which came in very handy. It has a home size refrigerator which we really loved, not just a hotel room/office size one that many of the other studios have. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, cups, pots, pans, towels, etc. There is even a grill out on the balcony. The unit has a gorgeous view overlooking the bay and it’s very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved eating our breakfast out on the balcony listening to the lapping of the waves and watching Cruz Bay wake up. The bed is especially comfortable, we both slept well. The washing machine and dryer allows you to pack less luggage. What truly impressed me was that the owner Tracy emailed us a couple of times during our stay just to see how we were doing and to reach out to her if we had any issues or questions. She is very easy to contact and quick to respond. She truly cares about your experience. My husband and I loved our stay here so much that we booked Seaside Studio again for next year while we were still there, didn’t want to risk not getting it because time fills up fast!!!! 5 stars all the way!

Great Location if you want to stay in town!

Staying at the Seaside Studio Suite was the perfect location to have as our base for the week. The suite was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed having a full size fridge in the kitchen and the kitchen supplies were enough to meet our needs. Every morning we had our coffee and breakfast on the balcony while we watched the ferry and other boats get started for the day. We spent our days exploring the island and then returned to shower and have happy hour on the balcony before dinner. It was super convenient to be able to walk right into town to eat without having to worry about driving on the roads in the dark. Every day we used the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels that were provided in the Suite. For parking we got a weekly pass through Slim Man’s and ended up using their overflow/additional lot (EZ parking) across from Woody’s. That worked out well and was conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Grande Bay. The booking process was simple and the communications from the owner were timely and easy to follow. The check in and check out process were easy as well. We definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay in town during your time on St John.

Cruz Bay Perfection

The property was everything my girlfriend and I were looking for and more! The location is perfect with the most gorgeous view of Cruz Bay. Tracy is a wonderful and responsive host and I look forward to booking again!

Beautiful views off balcony. Convenient having the kitchen and washer/dryer. Location couldn't be better. However, the unit was not clean when we arrived.

Perfect condo for a couple

The listing for this unit is accurate. It’s a very spacious studio condo. Very clean and comfortable. It was great having breakfast on the balcony and looking out at Cruz Bay. The location was perfect. Very short walk from the ferry. Easy walk to restaurants , bars and hiking trails, including a nice trail that takes you to Solomon Beach or Honeymoon Beach. We did take cabs to more distant beaches but that was still better than the expense of a car rental. Check in process was easy and the woman who helped us was super nice. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Our Honeymoon Stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon couldn’t have had a better time. The place is very clean has everything you need and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
