Monteview Unit B is a beautiful condo for your St. John, USVI getaway. This spacious unit has vaulted ceilings, is fully air conditioned, and boast 2 full bathrooms & a full service kitchen that flows into the open dining and living room areas. There is a covered outdoor balcony and an expansive deck & pool area, perfect for watching spectacular views of the sun setting behind St. Thomas and the beautiful blue Caribbean Sea.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and private balcony with amazing views of the surrounding islands and beautiful blue waters. The 2nd bedroom has its own main porch access and the same captivating view. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and parking right outside the front door. For stays of 7 days or more, there is a washer/dryer available for and additional fee.
Cruz Bay is only a 5 min drive away and the beaches only 7-15 mins (depending on which our many award-winning beaches) further making Monteview readily accessible by Taxi or with your own rental car.

We had a wonderful time, the house is located very close to Cruz Bay, making it easy to go out to the beaches, eat and especially get ice cream from Scoops. The house is well equipped, and has plenty of beach towels and chairs. We enjoyed the pool and the views from the house. I would definitely stay at this house again! Tamika was wonderful and prompt to respond to any questions!

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay at Monteview Unit A! Tamika is an excellent host and took great care of us. The island is small enough that you're usually close to stores, etc. This location was particularly convenient. The house is beautifully decorated. However, the view of the mountain, towns, and ocean was like a dream. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again and highly recommend it to others.

We loved everything about our stay! The view was spectacular, the place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was located in a nice spot that was a short drive to Cruz Bay and the beaches. The porch was nice to sit out on and view the scenery It made our trip that much nicer to have a great place to stay!

A gem.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely property for two glorious weeks recently. From the beginning, the communication with Tamika was excellent. She would answer any question without hesitation, and with the utmost promptness. It is a two unit building that is in a perfect location off a busy road with easy access to everything. The kitchen was so well equipped we cooked in several times. The property is very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed some days by the pool great comfy furniture at the pool as well. The view from the balconies were magnificent. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Amazing stay!

We loved this stay! It was extremely clean, spacious and beautiful! it has two levels to allow privacy if wanted! it was even prettier in person with an amazing view on both levels! the ac and fans worked great and both bathrooms and showers were wonderful. it is also a short drive to downtown and the best beaches! the host was amazing! She made us feel very welcome and safe. She even provided beach chairs and extra towels which was so kind! She also helped us with a car vacuum for the rental car and provided a taxi number. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The perfect jumping-off point for your St John Adventure

Having been lucky enough to travel to the Caribbean multiple times, I always worry when something seems too good to be true - and this place, with a private pool, jaw-dropping view, and new interior definitely made me cross my fingers when booking
But MAN, what a lovely place! Tamika was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host, on top of all the property’s other amenities. And, as nice as the pictures are, they fail to convey just how much room and privacy the guests are afforded. Then you start thinking about the location - it’s right on a main road but oriented such that the traffic is a complete afterthought to your experience. The parking lot is large and easy to operate in. You’re 10 minutes from town but also well off the normal tourist routes. It’s truly got a LOT more going for it than the description points out.St John can be challenging to get to and challenging to navigate, but if this place is available there really should be nothing challenging about the decision to scoop it up. Can’t wait to come back soon! Thanks again Tamika!

Great place to stay in St. John

Very clean house with an amazing view from the rear balcony. Location is a short drive to town. The property owner was very friendly and responsive to all questions we had.
