The space
Park just steps away from the entrance to your ground level condo! As you walk in there is a full bath to left and queen bedroom to right. Continue straight to access open dining, kitchen and living room spaces. Leading off the living room are glass sliding doors for access to large screened-in porch. Master king bedroom with full bathroom including jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and two sinks! Large patio with outdoor furniture perfect for catching sunrise/sunset over the marina & the intracoastal waterway!
Guest access
You have access to all areas in your space with exception to the locked owners closet and separate Unit A! As our guest - you are offered a discount with our partner Fish N Faith Charters - get picked up right out your door by boat! Inquire with your host for more details!
Other things to note
Each person is supplied one beach towel, one bath towel, and one wash cloth. Note as of 9.22.2026: Shipwatch Guests,

We are moving along on the deck and painting projects and we think you will be as happy with the new look as we are!

Building Schedule

Bldg 3 - Caulking and trim repairs to begin week of 9/22/26 on front and sides. Please clear off all exterior items around the entrance and all items from the back porch/deck by October 5, 2026.

General Information Reminders

Access: Please make sure LRES has either a code or a key so the doors can be painted.
Storage: There will be a 20’ storage container on-site. 
Facilities: A dumpster and porta-potty will be on-site.
Parking: It would be helpful if residents could leave the spots closest to the building open during working hours.
Access: Crew members will not require access to unit interiors unless a specific issue, such as a tripped breaker, arises.
Work Flow: It was decided that it would be most efficient for Renovia, and a quicker time to completion, if all 6 porches were shut off for the duration of the work. Shutting down one side then the other was expected to take 4 weeks and this method could shorten the timeline.  
Screens: installing child/pet proof screens for durability.  
Duration: Painting and deck modification, weather permitting, is estimated to take less than a month, if there are no unforeseen circumstances.
Work Hours: Setup begins at 8:00 AM, loud work at 8:30 AM, and wrap-up at 6:00 PM. Crews typically work Saturdays if permitted.
