A stylish three-bedroom, one-bathroom contemporary bungalow, Trevelyan has been tastefully restored and styled to present the perfect holiday home for families or friends alike.
Trevelyan benefits from an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives yet within a nine-minute walk to the Town Centre, on-site parking for one car and a fully enclosed tiered garden. Trevelyan is a real home from home.
The open plan living/dining area features two luxurious sofas, a large three sofa with chaise and a two seater, giving plenty of space for the whole family. There is also a large smart TV with Netflix.
The dining table comfortably seats up to five guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.
The modern and spacious kitchen is accentuated by the high vaulted ceiling and is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, Gas range oven, Gas Range hob, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and dishwasher.
There is an utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and ample storage.
The second bedroom and third bedrooms also have ample storage. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and a separate wet room with a rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
There is also a cloakroom with WC and wash-hand basin off the kitchen.
There is a delightful private, tiered garden with an outside wood fire, fashioning a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.
