To the rear of the property is a garden with raised flower borders and a garden shed where guests can store all their beach items including surf boards and wet suits.
The location of Little Coombe is absolutely fantastic with Carbis Bay beach and its golden sands just a short 5 minute walk down a quiet and picturesque footpath which can found right on your doorstep. Also a very short walk away is the village train station in Carbis Bay so guests can enjoy the experience of St Ives but not have the parking headache, the 3 minute train ride is one of the most beautiful and dramatic in the UK along the bay into St Ives.
In terms of parking, there is a private driveway to the front of the property and there is plenty of space to accommodate two large cars.
