The dimensions for the space facing parallel to the road are 3.3m wide and 2.4m long. If arriving with only one car, the dimensions for the space facing parallel to the road extends to 3.3m wide and 6.0m long.
• Additional parking to be found on a ‘first come, first served’ basis along the road.
• Access Statement - There are approximately 20 stone steps leading down from the parking area to the house. Please note these steps are shallow.
There are three steps down from the kitchen to the top of the lawned area.
The rear lawned garden has a downward gradient from the holiday home with a split level. There are 10 steps running along the side between the top and the lower lawns.
