Stepaway Vacation Rentals - Cercle des Pins Pine Lodge

  • Pine Lodge is a four bedroom, two bath fully decorated home. One master bedroom and full bath are located on the first level with three bedrooms and one full bath on the second. Some other cozy features are a fireplace room and a bar area. Beautiful lake views!
    Also includes a full kitchen with everything you need, dining room and living room with a spectacular view of Little St. Germain Lake.

    Circle of Pines is now under new ownership, and we’ve been busily working on some updates to enhance your experience.

    Escape to the serene and picturesque Little St. Germain Lake, where our charming cottages await you. Nestled in a tranquil, wooded enclave, these cottages offer the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The expansive 900-acre lake is a haven for fishing enthusiasts, boasting an abundance of musky, walleye, northern, and pan fish. After a successful day on the water, you can clean your catch in our convenient fish-house. Each rental includes access to a private pier with ample space for your own boat. Enjoy a refreshing swim at our private beach or fire up the charcoal Weber grill for a delightful lakeside barbecue. The surrounding area is a paradise for outdoor lovers, featuring nearby golf, scenic hiking and biking trails, and access to extensive snowmobile trails for winter adventures.

Pine Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great spot for our family vacation. The sandy shallow water was great for kids. We were grateful for AC on hot days and fans upstairs given the AC didn't carry. It was clean and comfortable, missing a few pieces like hot mints.

Little St Germain summer stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the family room, upstairs bedroom, and rear deck are amazing. The recently renovated interior of this cabin was up to date, cozy, and clean. Perfect layout for a large family. Two queens, one full, and two twin beds. Plenty of parking and your own personal dock. You are amongst other small cabins that are very close, but everyone there was super nice. Also the owners and their family are super nice people

From the surface the cabin appeared to be clean but after spending the first night my granddaughter came down with allergic hives which is triggered from dog hair. We immediately found the vacuum but it was so clogged with dog hair it didn't work. We ran and bought a small cannister one and vacuumed right away and the little amount we did resulted in 3 huge piles of dog hair. I am not sure the home was ever swept or vacuumed prior to us arriving. I called Kathy and she was very nice and had a cleaner come to vacuum. It was the original cleaner and she did not appear happy that we asked her to do this. I stayed home from an family outing to be there so I could make sure she understood that this could be a serious medical event for our granddaughter. We have stayed at many places that allow animals, but this was the first one that you could visibly see dog hair on everything. Even after her vacuuming it was still visible. One other item, the window in one of the upstairs bedrooms was open even though there was no screen, and as my son went to bed the first night, he saw hundreds of bugs on the ceiling and in the room. He slept on the couch that night until he could get them cleared out. It would have been nice to be able to open the window to get air in but he just used the fans he brought. The kitchen was very big and nice and had everything you could need! Loved the big fire pit.
