Making Memories is a 4 bedroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 4.5 bathroom, 1,932 sq foot luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Well Thought Out!

We loved our stay at The Ledges! The floor plan is well thought out! We had two families stay in the condo, and it no problem at all! There are 3.5 bathrooms and extra spaces with all of the balconies. It was so clean and well decorated so we felt right at home. The kids loved all of the little things - arcade games, xbox, cornhole, games, etc. The adults loved being able to just relax. There were so many well thought out details. We would definitely stay there again.

Graduation stay

The house was super nice and the kids enjoyed the games. The hot tub was nice when they worked and were cleaned out. Same with one of the pools.

Great location to nature, church services, restaurants, and golf courses! Condo had everything anyone would need. We had 6 people ages 23 to 61 and it worked for all of us. Hope to return one day.

EXCELLENT PLACE!!

This is our second time visiting The Ledge's in St George and this home DID NOT disappoint! We had plenty of room for our family, the game room was THE BEST! The house was beautiful and accomidated our large group! We have an almost 2 year old and this house was already baby proofed! We will DEFINATELY stay here again!

Great Condo in a great area!

We rented 2 identical condos in the Ledges for a family weekend in St. George. This condo is very clean and updated. It is well equipped for guests from children to adults. It is close to recreational activities like golf and hiking in Snow Canyon. The pool area is great too.

Loved this property!

Location is in a beautiful place away from the noise of St. George. Gorgeous dark skies, close to Snow Canyon for hikes and Mountain View’s. Loved the pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts. My teens enjoyed the arcade games and Xbox in the unit. Very clean, new feel, plenty of plates, silverware and dishes for our group. We would stay here again for sure. Only complaint was that the internet and tv signal went out the first evening of our stay. We contacted the property manager daily for our stay but while maintenance was promised to come fix the issue we never saw them.

Beautiful home

We had a great time staying here. The home and the area were beautiful! It is located about 15 minutes out of town or any stores, but the area is beautiful and the hone was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!
