« Location would have been great had there not been a teen brawl outside my window on the pedestrian street around 10 pm. The windows were very very thin, so even on the second floor with the windows closed I could hear every word of the very loud conversations on the street- well past midnight. Oddly, there was rarely anyone at the front desk. Even attempting to find answers about where to park prior to check in, another patron and I waited for 10 minutes. I could not park in the lot initially...

« The hotel was beautifully appointed and uniquely decorated. We were within walking distance of bridges, shopping and restaurants. The shower was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The coffee shop near the lobby was so convenient for our early morning departure. »

« Someone else said old but well maintained. They were correct. I walked into the room and the AC was off. It was about 80 in the room. No odd smell. Just hot. The AC cooled it down quickly and efficiently. The sheets were soft. Choice of flat or fat pillows. Bed was hard, but at least it was clean and smell free. I’m picky, and was satisfied »

« While the room was clean, the bathroom needed quite a bit of work. The way chair was very dusty and old. Breakfast wasn't worth our time. The grounds were overgrown and the lot needed attention. The sign out front was unreadable. We thought, at first, that it was the previous chains facility. »

« Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard for best western. The pools and dining areas were great. Nice location in White Bear Lake for easy access to downtown and the lake walk. »
