Ford Too deep to risk crossing after heavy rain unless you're driving a 4x4. The stonework to the right is part of a railway bridge for the Carmarthen to West Wales line.

St Michael's Church, Llanfihangel abercywyn, St Clears This old church was superseded by one on the main road, over a century ago. It stands in a large churchyard, with access only by a footpath from Treventy Farm. It may have been a church used by pilgrims travelling to St Davids, and is near to St Teilo's Church, also ruined, which is on the other side of the Afon Cywyn.

Carmarthen Castle is a ruined castle in Carmarthen, West Wales, UK. First built by Walter, Sheriff of Gloucester in the early 1100s, the castle was captured and destroyed on several occasions before being rebuilt in stone during the 1190s
