Welcome to historic Port Dalhousie! Come aboard and enjoy the unobstructed view of Lake Ontario docked on the Pier Marina. Enjoy the relaxation of the water while 5 minute drive away from restaurants, micro breweries, boutiques, coffee houses, shopping and even a 5 cent vintage carousel overlooking Lake Ontario. This unique air BnB will not disappoint!

There is a small fridge for refreshments a microwave, small toaster oven, nespresso coffee with milk and cream

You have access inside the cuddy, bathroom, ontop of boat, and living space. Access to the Pier Marina public washrooms with showers.

Historic Port Dalhousie is rich with history and has an amazing view of Lake Ontario and the Toronto Skyline when the sky is clear. Great food and live bands are always happening at various places. There is a beautiful beach and a vintage full sized carousel that still charges 5 cents a ride. Please be respectful of your Neighbors beside you, and enjoy the dining area, BBQ if interested in eating on dock.

Please travel lightly. Large suitcases is not necessary unless you are staying for a week. The weather can be very unpredictable. Dress for cold winds, rain, and of course sunshine. Flip flops or sandals are ideal to wear, however when you are on the boat, please take you shoes off. And don't forget lots of sunscreen when you are lying on the sunpad overlooking Lake Ontario.
- No shoes in boat. There will be a metal shoe bucket to put shoes in.
- Please don't throw anything in the toilet other than supplied biodegradable paper!
- Absolutely no parties on the boat. It is a Marina with long time members right next to the boat who will not hesitate to call me to have everyone evicted without refund.
- No Drugs, No Illegal Substances, No Smoking (Penalty of $400 if violated)
- No extra people without notice Up-Front
- Only the number reported at the booking time will be allowed within the house, no extra visitors or guests allowed during the stay without notice upfront to get approval by host before booking time. (otherwise extra charges will be held against the deposit fees to reflect the extra number of people) Also no extra bedding with fresh linens and sheets will be provided if guests notify about extra people after the check in time (because we didn't know up front in order to prepare that)
- Adults only, if you're under 18 years old, need Guarantor
- Please respect your neighbors as this is a family oriented community, Absolutely No Loud Noise After 11 pm
-Please double check all of your belongings before you check out because we will not be responsible for anything that is lost after you left, especially make sure you took your phone chargers or any clutters or valuable things!
-Please understand we can't provide extra things beside the listed items without extra charges due to limitation on cost and time availability, any requests will be discussed prior to booking.
-Host holds no responsibility for any injuries or even in case of death of anyone during your stay at the place.
