With two private ensuite bedrooms, plenty of gathering space, and a backyard made for relaxing, this home is especially well suited for families traveling together and multi-generational vacations.
And when you're ready to explore, you're only a short drive from the restaurants, shops, and historic charm of downtown St. Augustine.
The Space
Designed for easygoing family vacations, the home gives everyone room to spread out without sacrificing the spaces that bring everyone together.
The open living and dining areas make it easy to gather for meals, movie nights, and slow mornings at home. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, while four comfortable bedrooms give everyone a place to recharge.
Two bedrooms feature their own private ensuite bathrooms, making the layout particularly convenient for grandparents, couples, or two families vacationing together.
Outside, you'll find your own private coastal retreat beneath the oak canopy. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or simply enjoy a quiet evening outside after a day at the beach.

Walk to the beach for sunrise, spend the afternoon exploring America's oldest city, then return home to relax beneath the oaks. In the evening, take a stroll to the community dock for beautiful views as the sun sets over the Intracoastal Waterway.
It's an ideal home base for families who want beach days, St. Augustine adventures, and plenty of downtime together.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard throughout their stay.
A unique door code will be provided before check-in for an easy, contactless arrival. Your personal code will remain active throughout your reservation and automatically deactivate after checkout.
Guests also have access to the neighborhood's community dock on the Intracoastal Waterway.

We want you to relax and enjoy your vacation while also helping us care for our home and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
No parties, events, or third-party bookings. Unauthorized parties, events, or reservations made on behalf of others are prohibited and may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor conversations, music, vehicle noise, and other activities at a respectful volume.
Parking is limited to the driveway. Street and lawn parking are not permitted. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
Minimum booking age is 21. The person making the reservation must remain at the property throughout the stay.
Exterior security cameras may not be tampered with or disabled.

For the safety of our guests and property, exterior Ring cameras monitor outdoor areas of the home, including the driveway. Cameras record audio and video.
There are no cameras inside the home.
Florida Wildlife
One of the things we love about coastal Florida is the natural environment that surrounds us. With that environment comes native wildlife.
You may occasionally encounter lizards, geckos, birds, raccoons, palmetto bugs, ants, and other insects or wildlife common to Northeast Florida. Keeping doors closed will help minimize insects indoors, and we ask that guests never feed or approach wildlife.
When enjoying the ocean or Intracoastal Waterway, remember that these are natural waterways shared with local marine life. Please follow posted safety guidelines, use good judgment, and always supervise children around the water.
