**HOT TUB AND 6 BIKES AVAILABLE FOR USE**

Arricola Escape is the perfect blend between comfort, luxury, relaxation, and convenience. Our 6-person hot tub is the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the historic downtown. Options are endless as you can choose to bike to Anastasia State Park, layout on St. Aug beach, listen to music or visit the farmers market at the Amphitheater, or enjoy all the bars and restaurants in down town or on the island. Choose to drive or take one of our 6 bikes to any location as all are close enough!

The space:
Every detail was thoughtfully executed to give you the best experience as you visit the oldest city in America. As you walk through the front door, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room equipped with a 58" TV, games for the family, and a couch/2 seats to relax on after a long day exploring the city or enjoying the beach.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you'll need for every meal. If you're looking for a specific appliance please reach out to us directly. You will be provided 1 roll of paper towel to use at the beginning or throughout your stay. The dining room has seating for 6, perfect to eat as a group or play games.

Through the kitchen you will find access to the garage. Inside, you will find access to 6 beach cruisers to use throughout your stay. As the guest, you assume all responsibility and we ask you to be smart while biking around town or to the beach. The garage is also where the washer and drier are located in case a load of laundry will be needed during the length of your stay.

The first guest bedroom can be accessed down the hallway between the living room and kitchen. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a closet organizer to be used to help unpack.

The second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a closet organizer as well. The second guest bedroom also has a sliding glass door giving you access to the beautiful back yard.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 50 " smart TV, dresser, closet, and private bathroom. The private bathroom has a beautifully renovated walk in shower and white oak vanity. The primary also has outdoor access via a sliding glass door.

Outside, you will find relaxation at its finest. Kick back and relax on your loungers or patio seating while overlooking the lush greenery of the backyards landscaping. At night, enjoy the twinkle of the bistro lights that surround the patio. And what better way to finish the night than with a fire around the fire pit making s'mores? Arricola Escape is the ultimate vacation location offering guests accessibility, comfort, and luxury during the length of your stay. We are excited to host you!

Other things to note:
Each bathroom will have 1 roll of toilet paper and enough bath towels and wash cloths for each guest. The kitchen will have a roll of paper towels, a dish washing pod, and cleaning supplies under the sink. Please do not use any white bath towels to clean any messes. A bin of clean but damaged towels will be provided to wipe up any messes that may occur during your stay. You can find this bin of towels in the garage right outside the door.
