House Rules:

- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, or anywhere on the outdoor property. This includes vapes, marijuana, or other illegal substances. A $1,000 fine will apply if discovered.

- No Parties or Events: Unapproved parties, events, or loud music are strictly forbidden. A $1,000 fee will be assessed if a party is detected or if neighbor noise complaints occur. Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

- Undeclared Guests: A $60 fee per guest, per night will apply for any undeclared guests beyond the original reservation count.

- Excessive Mess: If an excessive mess is left upon checkout, additional cleaning fees will be charged on top of the standard fee. Please place all bagged trash inside the outdoor bins provided.

- Standard Check-out: 10:00 AM.

- Standard Check-in: 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and cleaning schedules.

- Inventory & Property Care: All furniture, decor, and gaming equipment (including Nintendo Switch and accessories) are inventoried. Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

- Issue Reporting: Any maintenance or cleaning concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after arrival so our team can immediately address them.
House Rules:

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am.

3. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave closed bags of trash in the can maximum at the property.

5. Standard check-out is 10 am.

6. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning schedules.

7. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

8. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
