The entrance is through a shared courtyard: the three-room apartment?s veranda, furnished with outdoor seating and for exclusive use, overlooks this space.
The entrance to the apartment opens into a spacious living room featuring an open kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a TV.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of one master bedroom and one twin bedroom with bunk beds, both with windows protected by mosquito screens.
The interior is completed by one bathroom with a shower. The air conditioning unit is located in the hallway, allowing it to cool all the rooms.

Residence La Baia is located on the Casalabate waterfront, within the municipality of Squinzano, directly across from the ancient watchtower.
Casalabate is a lively and well-served seaside town. The redevelopment of the waterfront has beautified it and transformed it into a pleasant destination, where your stay is further enhanced by various cultural and entertainment events.
