The entrance opens onto a charming little garden separated from the courtyard by wooden panels that ensure complete privacy.
The studio apartment is furnished with an open-concept mini-kitchen, a double bed, a closet, a table, chairs, and a TV.
There is a comfortable outdoor shower in the courtyard. The interior is completed by a bathroom with a shower.

Residence La Baia is located on the Casalabate waterfront, within the municipality of Squinzano, right across from the ancient watchtower.
Casalabate is a lively and well-served seaside town. The redevelopment of the waterfront has beautified it and transformed it into a pleasant destination, where your stay is further enhanced by various cultural and entertainment events.
The nearest beach with amenities is Sun Beach, just 600 m away.
