The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the La Baia residence, situated on the beachfront right in front of the ancient tower of Casalabate.
The entryway opens into a spacious living room furnished with an open kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a TV.
Adjacent to it is a double bedroom with a closet and nightstands. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower.
The air conditioning unit is located in the living room, allowing it to cool the entire apartment.

Casalabate is a lively and well-served seaside town. The redevelopment of the waterfront has beautified it and transformed it into a pleasant destination, where your stay is further enhanced by various cultural and entertainment events.
The nearest beach with amenities is Sun Beach, just 600 m away.

- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
